Gaming PC with i5-11400F, RTX 3070, B560MB, 16GB 3200MHz RAM, 500GB NVMe SSD, 650W Bronze PSU $1487 + Delivery @ TechFast

11400F-3070-MAY

Hi folks, hope everyone is well.

The Ryzen 5 deal that was picked up yesterday wasn't popular due to some quirks in our AMD pricing atm which we're working on, but hopefully this 11th gen Intel deal hits the spot. Close to the arsecrusher deal on price and better on spec with an NVME drive and 650W bronze PSU.

I'm aware of requests for 12th gen, 3070 Ti/3080 deals - the 3070 Ti has just risen ridiculously and we are working on the 3080. We are also working through fulfilling our existing 3080 orders as quickly as possible, and should be all up to date next week.

Core i5 11400F RTX 3070 Gaming PC: $1487 after using code 11400F-3070-MAY

  • Core i5 11400F processor (i7-11700F upgrade available)
  • RTX 3070 8GB LHR (brand/model may vary; Giga Gaming OC primarily in use)
  • Gigabyte B560M DS3H motherboard (Aorus Elite B560M $39 recommended for superior features and VRMs)
  • 16GB 3200MHz RAM (2x8GB)
  • 500GB NVME m.2 SSD
  • 650W Bronze PSU (MSI and Giga on hand, specify preference in order notes)
  • MSI MAG Forge 100R or Leaper Maverick White case

Cheers

    LMAO that price 😬

    Maybe add take away $1?

    • +17

😳 that is a new one for me. Knocked off a buck!

      • +1

Must be a very strict budget. Not a dollar over

      • Any chance you guys are going to allow PayPal or AfterPay any time soon? Budget wise I cant take a $1500 hit in one go, but can comfortably afford it if the payments are broken up over weeks. Im quite sure others on OzB and customers in general will be in a similar boat, so it may work in your favour to allow new payment methods to increase sales? Please say yes.

        • +1

Paypal is more doable than AfterPay. We're looking at it.

I had to research this to understand what the issue was. Is this common knowledge?

      • Me too, I had no idea, looks to be an American thing.

      • +1

Depends how aware you are of white supremacist hate symbols. In Australia, probably not too common, but not rare.

Oh No, just $200 more from my 3060Ti deal and get 3070 + i5-11400F !!! LOL you never win the last cent I guess … Most important my son is so happy playing Apex Legend, he said even on medium with 150fps is enough for him, doesn't even need high settings, he enjoys speed more than the graphics

    • Hah a large proportion of gamers will set most settings to low for max frames.

      • +5

Most games you’d want higher graphics quality but competitive games you may want to sacrifice graphics quality for higher framerate

        • I max CSGO with 600+fps.

        • For competitive gaming, I find maxing out the graphics to be distracting. Too much shet going on can actually slow down my reaction.

        • No wonder he insists running on medium, maybe his old laptop running gtx1060 is really outdate, even now on medium with 3060Ti, I found it the graphics already amazing !!!

    • If you're feeling buyer's remorse now, just wait until September.

Keen to see this 3080 deal 👀

This adds up well, much better this deal.
Anyone looking to buy I would recommend upgrading the motherboard to the Aorus Elite B560M for the extra $39, as it is a much better board.
If you are able to contact them and see if that can change the Memory from the 3200 CL20 (yuck) to some CL16 like the Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) CMK16GX4M2E3200C16 Vengeance LPX 3200MHz DDR4 RAM kit which retail for about a $10 to $20 more or a 3600mhz CL18 kit upgrade, this would also be well worth it as well. I would like to see some better memory kits in these builds or option to upgrade too for a few extra bucks. Also a cheap Air cooler upgrade, like a Vetroo V5 or a Coolermaster 212, nothing to fancy just better then the stock cooler.
Pick the MSI PSU if can as well.
If you add those extra items with the extra cost, it still works out well cost wise and worth a buy.

Buy parts yourself I got too $1568 with better Memory kit (corsair 3200 CL16) and the motherboard upgrade.
TF build with the upgraded MB and code was $1526, if you can get the different memory kit for $20 more it would be $1546
which would be a good build and a good buy.

Hope this helps someone out, thanks.

    • My Aorus Elite bought from SE went through RMA only after 3 weeks of usage, had to get it repaired by GB, not sure what they replaced though.

And this deal was $1499 with 10400f and data ssd last Feb. And 4070 rumored to beat 3090ti. So might worth wait.

      • Keep in mind, all mid range cards are released later, most likely next year. And first month are usually scalped. So it's gonna be a long wait.

      • +2

Sorry to hear the MB was no good for you. I have built 3 systems last year with that MB and there still going strong for the owners still.

Waiting is always a option for some, some might want now and just want the best deal they can now. Some before tax time.
I personally recommend to people to ask themselves, do you need it now? can you wait? is what you have not running well anymore? what do you need it for? (might be important like work, social or keep them out of trouble)
As long as you get it at the right price at the time and it meets your needs/wants your doing ok.
There is a upgrade every minute really, new VC, new CPU, new Standards (PCIE/RAM/SSD/Network). If you try and keep up you can go broke for some people.

As for the next gen GPU, I'll be interested to see when they are out, will it be 4080 Sep, then 70 Nov, have to wait and see. The rumored power usage is a little concerning, I don't think I want a higher Watt GPU yet, I would have to change my PSU maybe. But never really know till we have it in our hands.

        • i do have the pcie network card but they stated on site that cant fit the network card under GPU , i prefer use pcie thanwifi usb , I'm sick of it . have you tried pcie network on this mate ?

          • @tommy2209: I would say you would need to use a usb one, there not bad these days, just lose a port to use it.
I would recommend a ATX motherboard not a mATX if you want to use a add on card, so its not too close too your gpu. Or a motherboard with Wifi already built in.

    • 3200 cl 20 just means these ram doesn't have the xmp profile. They run at 1.2v, you can always increase the voltage and tighten the timing.

      • +1

I think some people might not know how too do that. For the extra few bucks, I think its worth it, or a option too upgrade is good too.

        • The upgrade options are for ram size, CL unknown, the 3200 CL20 on the list refer to cheapest at the time for 3200 ram when post , better confirm the cl timing with luke.

    • Thanks for pointing out CL20, surely that’s a typo, that’s crazy for 3200 memory, CL16 would be standard for that even most 3600 is CL18. What new gaming build uses CL20 memory?

    • Just for clarity on RAM, that is the lowest priced 2x8GB 3200Mhz kit shown on PCPP. Not the RAM we'll be using. We're currently using Crucial Ballistix for example.

    • Hello! I am planning to get this one, but wired internet is not an option for me. Should I get the mobo with wifi (Intel Z590 [ATX] Wi-Fi Motherboard) or get the Gigabyte B560M Aorus Elite Motherboard with external wifi dongle?

      Thanks!

      • Get the mobo with wifi, much easier and just screw on the 2 antennas all done

  • +2

Unclear from post /pcpp list but extra $39 for mag forge case

    • I just noticed that after reading your post, it is asking +39, so would make it $1565 with the upgraded MB and Case. The MSI case looks to be better one of the two.

    • Thanks - listing error, should be $0 and has been fixed.

  • Value as always.

  • 3070 Ti has just risen ridiculously

Ahhhhh can you please clarify this haha? You saying it has gone UP in price?

    • +1

Yep, buy price has risen $150+ from suppliers this week

      • Thanks Luke!

But that's not what I wanted to hear =P I wonder why they're going up…

  • +1

Went to order but got a this error message: "Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!"

    • True… well that ended abruptly in the middle of the night. Guess it was popular?

    • +1

      Back live!

  • +1

3080 12gig build would be good under 2k

  • This is what we called a good prebuilt deal, less than a day got ozbargained OOS !!!

  • +1

Oh no, I was too slow! Any chance this deal will be back soon Luke?

    • +1

      It's back!

  • Hi Luke, will there be any 5600 3070 builds coming out soon? Thanks

  • Now we know why 3070 ti price hiked, Nvidia just leaked full hash rate in driver version 512, and 3070 ti is great for mining now. Nvidia is a sneaky devil!
