        I have been using GC from shopback to pay. but if I tried using other payment but it says "This card isn't eligible for DashPass benefits. Use Afterpay to get benefits".

  Not sure which one I ended up using as I was able to just tap the promo without having to enter any code.

  I received same deal via e-mail, but on app there's another promo for 50% groceries with code :WEEKEND40, looks like targeted.

  It's a farce that you still have to pay fees with DashPass (just signed up free trial to take advantage of this deal).

  This was surprisingly good value. For some reason my local Coles don't apply a doordash markup. I did two separate $40 orders to maximise the discount.

  B it annoying, so when i first went into my DD app (last night when coles was closed) i saw the offer, i even screenshotted the promo.

  Today, when i went back in to make an order the banner is gone and when i tried to apply the code it's not working.

    I placed 2 orders yesterday and I went back in today to place another order and the banner is gone and the promo code is not valid. However email states I can place 3 orders but it’s not honouring it now.

      Same happened here. I placed the order then contacted support after it was delivered. There is an option for 'promotion didn't apply correctly' when you seek help for a past order. They gave me the discount I should have received as account credit. Bit of a hassle but they will honour it

        Amazing , I placed my coles order and the code didn’t go through but I placed my order anyway and I messaged the customer service with proof of photos of coles 50% off order plus email of promotion and they said they have to escalate it as they can’t give any refund. Then when order arrived there was a shortage and even on receipt given by driver that shows they gave me less quantity but customer service says have to escalate it. I don’t get it , they provide a promotion but wont abide by it.

          @FujiFruit: yea my experience with their cs is hit and miss. I really cant be bothered with their promos because of it unless it goes through without issue.

          its actually a terrible app otherwise lol.

            @cloudy: So it’s been four days and they haven’t got back to me. So I messaged them and they have no idea and I had to repeat myself and she said the Reason I didn’t get promotion was because it ended on 15th May at 6am and I did my shopping at 9.20am. I told her the promotion states “through 15/5” . Anyway conversation was going back and forth and didn’t get anywhere and won’t honour it. Lesson well learnt don’t trust all coupons

              @FujiFruit: yea, i once spent like 30 mins with them. They are useless and not worth the time, even if you got the discount its such a waste of time.

              So if the app works, great. If not, dont bother.

              As much as i dislike uber, i found uber at least less frustrating. So i only use DD for their promos with my discounted gift cards

  Damn :( I never EVER get any discounts with DoorDash and I shop with them all the time too.
  This hurts me when I see codes like this being thrown at other people and not for me :(

  I swear I feel like not using them anymore if they can't even give loyal members like myself awesome discounts like this.
