Worth it for all the women who will be catcalling you

      Have this bag. Can confirm.

      • Me too, had to get a second bag to fend them off with

  • +10

I've been using this bag for tafe. I reckon it's fantastic. I've never had a "nice" bag before, always used the cheapest bag I could find at Kmart.

The raincoat is awesome I actually keep it on 24/7 to keep my belongings safe.

I bought it at this price and I'm extremely happy with it.

  • This was wayyy cheaper in December last year. I remember I paid around 17 dollars for the same backpack.

  • Do we also get the brella??

      Ella..ella..eh..eh

The problem with these laptop backpacks is you cant store survival gear, tins of spam and the likes in it with the laptop. Buyer beware.

    • +3

Not sure if sarcasm or serious.
Legit getting hard to tell with the world as it is now.

Have an upvote for the introspection.

    • +3

If it was marketed as a “survival laptop”, then I would tend to agree. As it’s not, your comment is SPAM with a probability of 99%. At least that’s what the Bayesian filter tells me. Kind of surprising, because your comment doesn’t look very tasty

      • +2

I'm keen on a bargain as much as the next human, but I don't know if I could ever call SPAM 'Tasty'. I'm not sure I'd even eat some if someone gave me a can. To each their own.

        • Maybe if you were starving? On the fifth day of no food? It’s spiced ham… what’s not to like?

        • Salt adds flavour and flavour is tasted
Eg: 'I don't like Spam because it's too salty'
OR 'Spam tastes too salty. Yuck

I don't think Spam is very pleasant tasting either

  • I have never seen a good deal on a gaming laptop that's shipped and sold by Amazon AU.

    • That’s a nice piece of trivia, thanks for contributing.

    • If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

      • +3

Yes, because sound is vibrations moving through the air. Sound isn’t “someone hearing it”.

It’s like saying, if no one sees it rain, does it rain? It’s really freaking stupid :) (not you, just the saying).

        • It’s really freaking stupid :) (not you, just the saying).

Phew!… You had me really worried there!!!

Came at a great time thanks OP, my son fly's out to Ireland in under two weeks with a new Dell 15" Gaming laptop I bought him. I was looking around for a suitable bag and this one seems to fit the bill very well.

    • Tell him to zip it up before he gets to Ireland — they’re a little less tolerant there when it comes to ventilating one’s junk. Hope he enjoys the trip… and the new gaming laptop!

  • Sold! now just need a gaming laptop

    • Dell eBay store has 20% off at the moment, saved me $400+ on the ticketed price of the exact same laptop at JB Hifi on their last sale.

    • +1

I heard a rumour that this will also accommodate a regular, boring, get-real-work-done laptop. But I can’t be sure

  • RGB?

    • Better than RGB… taste the rainbow!

  • +1

    OoS?

    • I think so, only option for me is a $87 one from some other seller

  • +1

I've been using this bag for a while since work has a clear desk policy.
It's got a decent selection of compartments and padding to carry everything and easy to access zip compartments.

Build quality is great but not compatible to more premium backpacks.

  • It's very comfy. If you got back pain, this is great for releasing your back muscles. I've been using one for 2 years. It was $17 back then.

  • Would this be useful for keeping documents safe from rainy weather?

  • Ordered one earlier today from Dell's Online Store. No mention of it being on back order, so maybe they have more stock than Amazon do.
