  I have one and use it daily, so thought I'd give my experiences. My main beefs with it. Wish I bought it with more RAM and a bigger SSD. Neither upgradeable. You can use a micro SD which I'm using for additional storage, but it regularly disappears and have to manually eject/insert. On screen keyboard is terribly buggy. Screen is great. Only one USB port is a pain. Does run pretty warm.

  Looking for an ipad, but 40 bucks extra at apple store and you get an upgrade to 9th gen, factory warranty, brand new. No brainer.

  Other than cleaning them and reinstalling windows, how have you refurbished these? Why not call them what they are… Second hand used computers.

    We do replaced battery for the older models, if the battery is below 80% capacity. But you definitely have a good point though :)

  We had a whole batch of this in our company globally. IT told me this model had highest rate of return across all offices, 8Gb RAM just does not cut it these days. I was just running Outlook and Teams and it would hang. Probably okay for simple Web browsing. For anything more get at least 16GB RAM and larger SSD.

    Ha….I have an very old i3 model with 4gb RAM 64GB HDD and run both without issue. Its a little slow for sure but once apps are open and running all is well surprisingly especially with only 4GB. An i5 with 8GB I have never had issues with Outlook or Teams.

      yeah, people need to see where their memory goes …..chrome with 100 tabs open ?
      We made edge the default at work as chrome was using crazy amount s of memory and users never close tabs ….8GB machines now run Win10, office, outlook, teams with no issues.
