Why are they Australia's most trusted? Hough Pharma was stocked in all major supermarkets with consistency of supply and are an Australian Based company that provides support to its users. They were also widely used by the Government for internal use and distribution to the states & territories. Many other companies took advantage of the RAT demand and imported products from overseas to make a buck.

You've now managed to breach TGA advertising rules on your website, in your post and in your comments, by repeatedly claiming that these are the "most trusted" tests (and thus more trusted than other tests). Your website also breaches the rules by including sensitivity claims: if you're advertising the product (which you are) the only place where such claims may be included is in the instructions for use.
Also, let's not pretend you didn't get into this business to "make a buck" out of the RAT race. You set up shop in January 2022, at the height of the shortage, as a business that does nothing other than sell RATs. You sourced your test kits from Hough because you could get supply from them.
For what it's worth, five packs of RATs (JusChek or Clungene) can be easily had for under $5 per kit on Amazon at any time, and better deals than this one regularly pop up elsewhere too.
These are the ones with the UV torch. I have had a few fail, the UV light makes them much harder to read/use and the customer support from Hough is zero. There's cheaper, better available. Definitely don't recommend.
It would be annoying if your torch failed… but actually they are… way easier to read.
The chances of “misreading” bright fluorescent dye is muuuch harder than people second-guessing water marks and blurry smudges on other RATs. I’d say the “false pos” are probably much lower.
