What are y'all playing that makes use of extra controllers? Looked through my collection and there wasn't a single one with local multiplayer.
Haha same here, I'm tempted to buy but lacking multiplayer titles. Majority of the multiplayer games I have are PS4 except for Fifa 22 on Ps5.

Been playing Team Sonic Racing 4 player split screen with the wife and kids, it was free with PS+ in Feb. Only issue is that teams are 3 people so one of us races on another team.

You don’t need to play multiplayer to make use of extra controllers
For me I charge one on the dock and use the other
Also very convenient for trophy hunting games that require co-op like fighting games for example

Thanks. Decided to go with the purple one that barely won over the light-blue one. Now I will forever keep wondering if I made the right colour decision lol. Until it bugs me so much that I just buy the blue one lol.
Haha I was in the same boat, but my slight justification for purple is it may conceal dirt/dust a little better than the blue. But of course you will never know if its the right decision
Yep same! I hate the black dust/particles/dirt that gathers on the "cracks" in the sides of the white one. Figured purple would conceal it better. But I'll probably clean them regularly anyway
The white ones also make any dirt and grime easily visible. This was after playing Elden Ring non stop and I picked it up one day and I'm like this is gross and furiously scrubbed it clean.

I eventually decided on the darkest one for when I'm playing at night (specifically horror games?) since I think the Pink might prove to be a bit too distracting 🤣Can go through this tough decision once again if the PS5 Covers ever get a similar sale :)

Paid $99 on Sunday. Went into JB today and mentioned it, they gave me a $20 voucher refund. Apparently 14 days later is the cut-off and they don’t advertise it.

This black version along with the other new galaxy colours are the new T1A . The white with the console comes straight out of the factory, and the reason why it's the new version. The only real chance of getting snagged on the old White DS T1 is if you purchased from a small regional retailer or online that hardly moves through their older stock. Fairly safe to say all controllers from high turnover game retailers now have the T1A new version with upgraded springs.
