Morning everyone!

So I woke up to see all the comments, cheers for whoever originally pointed it out. I've gone in and confirmed indeed the product is the Microsoft Surface Go , Model 1824 , Pentium Gold 4415Y, Same 8gb ram and 256Gb ssd. Want to apolgize for the mistake , was indeed a typo one of our guys did on the original listing. I'll be reaching out too everyone who has purchased to offer refunds, or some discounts on the original purchase to make up for the mistake. Stock will be adjusted accordingly so if you are still interested there might be some available still. As for the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 & 7 i've confirmed they are correct. Im expecting to hear back today/tomorrow for some other stock so stay tuned as well, still trying to get my hands on some more Surface GOs. If you have any questions feel free to DM i will be on all day to help out. Again cheers for the support we'll continue to bring some cracking deals in the future! ( and hire a editor haha).

            I certainly hope it is not a case of it taking 5 days to ship. Will give them until tomorrow to ship and then ask about it.

            It would certainly be odd to post a deal on here and then take 5 days to get the orders out the door, you'd expect they'd all be ready to go before they posted the deal…

          More surface pro 4/5 + surface laptops are set to come in. Shipping at the moment is causing delays on them however.

      Hi everyone! So some updates:

      With the Microsoft surface GO , most have been sent out however the last remaining units , wasn't happy with the quality of the pens , so I ordered some more in , hence the delay but all are shipped!

      As the for the surface pro 5, when I did manage to secure them on the Tuesday , expected a Wednesday delivery however that was delayed till Friday. We have all the stock now and all of them will be available for click and collect/ shipped Monday!

          Yeah definitely, that message was actually yesterday from @FlICKIT was responding too.

          As for OZB yeah I understand the want to get your products asap, a lot of our team are spread thin as we are trying to get these out as quick as possible. In any case I'll keep a general timeline for future posts so customers know a rough timeline, as well as an update post so everyone knows any status/changes etc.

    Hey Guys! Just an update on the Surface Pro 5s : They're all being prepared for a Monday ship out. So the keyboards are all a Poppy Red, ( Maroon color more looks like) but they are all new! And the surface pro 5s are all 90%-100% battery capacity ( super low cycle count).

        Oh dear. that colour is not very stylish at all. The default darker ones are much nicer (in my opinion) and being material cover hide markes unlike this colour.
        Suggestion: You might be best emailing all the people who ordered letting them know. If it was mine, I would not be happy but that is just me though and no doubt some people will like the colour. Good heads up there, thanks.

          That's fair. They are new instead of refurb so that might count as a positive here! But will confirm with everyone who did purchase. Honestly surprised at the quality for this lot , they are pretty much new!

      Keyboard and pen is gray…

      Packing was as good as it gets, decent box, lots of bubble wrap so it was a snug fit in the box, all good..

      General condition is good, some slight marks but near-new…

      Battery:
      Design Capacity - 26,128 mWh
      Full Charge Capacity - 24,673 mWh
      Cycle Count - 70

      Power supply is not the standard 24w, it's a 65w with "Replacement AC adapter" on it, it doesn't say Microsoft, it appears the same as this:

      It came with Win 11 Pro installed, just about to do a clean win11 install just for the hell of it.. .

      I've got the Surface Pro (5), Surprised its even come with LTE model too, come with 39W genuine PSU
      type cover is Burgundy (brown/purple-ish?),
      battery: Full charge capacity is 47,840 mWh (Design Capacity: 45,000mWh - new battery?)
      SSD clocked 6 hours with 35 power on count.

        SSD will only show since OS install. For a better idea on use, check how much Data has been written to it.
        Hard Disk Sentinal can show you this.

        I got the same, also surprised it was forced to Windows 11 using a Windows 10 Pro key. However my battery capacity is non-existent and doesn't even display the battery or detect it in the battery report (there is no detected battery in the report). I raised a support ticket via [email protected] as directed on 17 JUN 22 (5 days ago) and yet to receive a response. I've also followed up on this with a PM to the rep account…Waiting for a response because this device will die without warning because I can't even tell what the battery percentage is… Rep, if you're reading this please get back to me thanks.

            @Borg: It will start on its own power, and when plugged in. When you log into windows it doesn't detect the battery, and it isn't seen in the battery report either.

          Probably a dodgy cheap non genuine charger is your issue

            @spy: I used the charger they supplied and also used the charger for my Surface Pro 8… They're both genuine so not sure where you made that assumption from.
