        Constant dropouts?

  • Is mate hassle free switch, or I'd have to do some manual configuration like setup user/password in the modem.

  • Fttn. Network shortfall no idea when they are going to fix it, still getting dropouts.

  • So they charge you $100 first and then give you $100 credit AFTER 28 Days - effectively $100 for two months on their highest plan 200Mbit…

    I been with them they failed to give me the credit after 28 days After repeated amount of calls and i threaten them with TIO they still failed to deliver and kept making excuses so I pushed them further saying I will be taking up more within 24 hours they finally gave in and gave me 150 credit rather then 100.

    I also would stay away im on HFC 200mpbs the speeds are terrible I have lots of drop outs and ping issues you better off going elsewhere this is worst ISP I have ever churned in to.

      Also didn't get the credit (from the May promo) on time. Sent a reminder email. Got a reply that it has been forwarded to another team.

      I can't quite understand what you did that got them to act, what did you mean by "I pushed them further saying I will be taking up more within 24 hours".

      I want it applied before the next invoice gets issued, so over the course of the next 2 months the credit gets used up and I'm free to move on. Very average experience with outages in the last days, not getting through to their support, and the occasional congestion leading to reduced streaming quality ever since I joined.

  • Disgusting company with horrible customer service and extremely deceptive billing strategies.
    Would avoid at any price.
