      Basically because the upgrade to a Ryzen 5600H improved performance, but the chassis and screen were a downgrade from the previous model with a Ryzen 4000.

    Not spectacular but it's $850 which is near rock bottom for brand new gaming laptops.
    If you get it knowing the types of games you are going to play, it's decent.

    Personally, I would pay $150 more for a RTX3050 Dell G15.

      If only Dell hadn't provided a worse quality screen than this laptop. But if it's going to be plugged into a screen would be a non issue.
