    Depends on what you are purchasing
    Usually no issues at all for most entry tickets as they will issue the tickets straight away after purchase

    However, have bad experiences when joining tours via klook where the tour organiser couldn’t find one of my bookings. Klook didn’t want to confirm my another tour booking and keep saying the tour hasn’t meet the minimum participants.

    So my advise is, klook is great for purchasing entry tickets (theme parks, zoo, attractions etc), but never book tours via them.

    I bought all the attraction tickets via klook while I was in Singapore last month eg universal studios, gardens by the bay etc.
    no issues with buying and tickets were provided straight after the payment.
    Only thing is you need to choose a specific date so it’s not open ended tickets and usually you won’t be able to make any changes.

  Wow perfect for buying a Eurail pass. They're always around $1000 for a month no matter where you buy them from but mine ended up around $670 after cashback. Had to buy it now even though my trip is months away.

    Thats very brave of you.. quick q tho, you have to redeem within 90 days right?

    I try to understand 2 bullet points below;

    Usage validity
    The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

    Exchange Orders are valid only for 90 days from the issued date. Please redeem within 90 days from issued date

    Does it mean i can not buy now and redeem (in Japan?) in Dec/Jan 2023? When is the issued date? The date we bought from Klook?
    And what will we receive from Klook? The voucher or Exchange order?

      The exchange order gets issued in the day you buy from klook, so make sure you arrive in Japan and can claim at jr station within that 90 day period.

      When you claim at jr station, you have to start the rail pass within 30 days. Confusing wording right

  Looking at the reviews, it appears you have to buy the rail pass tickets at the station which means queuing up each time. Has anyone had experience with this? I love a deal but I'm a bit skeptical.
