      I bought a hoodie that was listed as Brand New with Tags and the code came up for that, which I thought was odd but it worked.

      Eligible items only unfortunately. I'm not sure how they assign eligible items, but I saw at least one (small) seller that has all items for sale as eligible. All items are brand new too.
