    110 and you are sweet. Anything over 110 just double up on these bad boys. For a combined 18.14 kg for our heavyset bruvs.

    Im 115kg and I got a 11kg one from kogan for $40. I've had it about a year, it gets used most nights and it's still good

  These things are basically weighted beach towels..avoid. Kogan version is twice the size (actual blanket size).
