      The way I see it, it's not worthy enough to make an order rather than just going in - but if you were going to do an order anyways and missed the coupon (but somehow saw it here) you may as well use it.

    Worst online groceries shopping experience I had to go through (for home delivery). Often items missing, damaged, very often out of stock, even if you allow replacements, replacements are terrible, refunds are difficult, website itself is a real challange to browse, if you select "unattended delivery" they deliver outside the hours you picked with no SMS notification for 6 hours later, much after you found your melted frozen items at the door…I can keep going. I regularly also shop from Woolies and Harris Farm online, none of the issues above.

    Won't neg though, $20 off is pretty good if you pick up from store.

      Refunds are super easy in my experience; there is a mobile number on the delivery docket for issues, I've texted them half a dozen times and they immediately applied credit to account.
      Of course this meant there was missing or damaged or inappropriate substitutions, but always got immediate credit.

    Worst experience with Coles online. Delivery confirmed then cancelled 5 minutes before expected delivery time.
    No explanation, no care, no interest.

    I complained, several times, online, email, customer service.
    Still awaiting a reply - that was 2 years ago!
    For me, Never again.

    Seems like this doesn't stack with the free delivery over $250
    Not the best bargain to be honest

      It does stack however free delivery is for orders over $250. If your order is $250 minus $20 then it doesn't qualify for free delivery. You need to spend $270 then get $20 off and then you're eligible for free delivery on orders over $250 after discounts have been applied.

    Just placed my order and am very happy!

    Everything I bought I cross checked with Dan's prices and Dan's was cheaper by about 5 cents, so Coles worked out a lot better after the 20% off. I got 1L of Bailey's, 10x Chandon Brut (wedding incoming) and $6.25 worth of groceries, which ended up totalling $300.85 worth. However, after I used the following promo codes, CHEERS20, VALUE20, NEXTSHOP10, and CLICK10, then it came down to $210.85. Also I had $49.85 worth of flybuys points which I redeemed thanks to flypay.

    Also I had some offers on my flybuys account, and got 30x flybuys points for my first online order (worth $31.62). I signed up to a free trial of Coles Plus and scored 10x points on liquor too (worth $10.54). The shop also counted towards my four consecutive $50 shops for 10,000 points, so essentially another 2,500 points (worth $12.50).

    So in total after counting promos and flybuys offers, I got $300.85 worth of alcohol/groceries for $156.19. Not bad at all, very happy. Thanks OP!

    Unfortunately was unable to get free delivery as I used the CLICK10 code, so needed to be click and collect

    TLDR - Add $310+ to your cart and USE CHEERS20, VALUE20, NEXTSHOP10, and CLICK10, to get 20%, $20, $10, and $10 off your next C&C order, respectively

      Yes but there are much better offers around. I usually get between 35 - 40% off every week but it does require some effort.
