Depends on number of 'Events' detected, I have 4 installed since April and all have almost 60% battery
Around 6 months on mine. Really depends on how often your cameras are triggered.
As advertised, the one at my front door still has 64% battery after 45 days.
Garage lasted 3 months with all motion on. Neighbours cats go crazy.
AFAIK the camera can simply be unscrewed off of the base by hand (no tools needed) then easily reset (which wipes previous footage?) - are these anti-theft case things the answer, or…?

The chain looks like it wouldn't withstand a decent yank, so probably not. I plan to get wireless cameras but will just install them out of reach.

Okay. That is a feature. So put it out of reach then and add a solar panel attachment to it? Point of security cameras is to be out of plain sight and out of reach. Eufy/anker other products are normally "hardwired" like the door and flood light so they can't be removed.
Wow that is a pretty frustrating flaw. EUFY said over a year ago they were working on a fix and still seems to be an ongoing issue.
I can't really put an above the door camera out of reach so someone could pull down the camera and reset it and videos are gone.@stufrase: For me, the Eufy system is just an extra layer of (consumer grade) surveillance and serves its purpose (for the price) reasonably well. For the price and not having any monthly fees (unlike the Ring cameras) is a trade off I'm willing to take in the event these do get taken and wiped for some reason. I have my cameras mounted in a spot which you can only reach with a ladder which makes them harder to steal but if a determined thief wishes to steal my ladder and use it to get to my cameras so be it.
I have a couple of my cameras in these. Quite happy with them. The chain is stronger than what it looks like in the photo. Also if you have a dark background, the white cameras stand out like dogs

Yes, I got the 15% discount with the JULY15 coupon and when the order was confirmed I submitted the real cash claim in the bonus offers page under Tech space. The approval was instant.

I'm in your boat but I ordered for delivery. Submitted claim - no email or approval or history of claim. I've taken screenshots of it because in an email they say for a similar item, it's the list price before 15% before cashback so all should stack.

That's correct. These are the ones with spotlight LED. If you want the 365 day one go for the one without LED.

Yeah there customer service is a joke sent 2 emails but no reply at all. I have a feeling anyone using discount coupons on tgg won't get the realcash back as t&c said only products which are full price are eligible for Cashback
