      I was thinking it would be more suitable for that than cooking, I suspect as soon as you push it forward to slide it under a burger or steak it will probably collapse, or if you try to flip something it'll probably just swivel around, but for $1, it's worth a gamble…

        I bought a few to break off the ends and make collapsible cat wands with some craft feathers and light shock cord…

        They are pretty bloody strong so I kept a couple for camping but I suspect if you left it in the heat for too long it may soften the metal pretty quickly
