Musashi 100% Whey Protein Chocolate or Vanilla 2kg $54.49 (Normally $87.99) Delivered @ Beautifully Healthy

70

Nearly out of protein powder? Well this is just for you. I previously ordered amino Z but checked price for 1kg is $50 delivered. Also looked into myprotein but from previous deals it appears the expiry date is short and delivery time is a few weeks.

This deal is just under $2 more than previous deal from chemist warehouse https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/714716

Chocolate flavour also available same price: https://beautifullyhealthy.com.au/products/musashi-high-prot…

Unless you are in immediate need for one, I would wait for Chemist Warehouse 50% deal on Musashi

When do you think that will happen? Last time was May 22 & before that Dec 20.

      • I was in chemist warehouse a few weeks ago and it was slightly cheaper than this price. I think it was about 29 July. I guess ozbargain doesn't have an accurate record of every Musashi sale CW has ever had.

If you need it now this price is fine I wouldn't wait.

      • It was on sale at ChemistWarehouse recently for less than this.

Anyway, Musashi protein is not particularly good for the price. MyProtein can be had for less at a higher protein % per 100g.

Their bars are alright, the crisp ones are pretty good and can be had for half price at Coles, Woolies and CW.

    • Yep agree however 50% deals getting less and less frequent it seems

I ordered wpi from myprotein and was delivered in 3 days. Long expiry as well. $118.78 for 3.5kg after using new user discount.

  • Musashi protein is not particularly good for the price. MyProtein can be had for less at a higher protein % per 100g.

  • I’m new to protein powder. Does anyone have a recommendation for a protein powder with no artificial sweeteners and low/no sugar? I’d rather just skull something that tastes crap but does the job than have a weird artificially sweetened drink (Sucralose in the Musashi product). Thanks in advance!

  • Iv been buying Musashi due to the deals here on ozb.
However for some trying to lean out, there are better options elsewhere. Iv gone back to VPA wpi due to high protein and low carbs and low fats. Yeh it costs more but all counts when ur calorie counting and in a caloric deficit.
If ur trying to lean out, stick with wpi only. Otherwise have to be stricter with ur diet in conjunction with wpc ,wpi/wpc protein blends. If you dont care. Then wpc all the way as its cheaper
