been cheaper.. should be under $300.. especially from you

Those were never $300 delivered…. Once you add postage to those $299 deals they were around the same price as this ebay sale.

      • +2

Not this model, but I did grab 2x Asrock ones for $600delivered from memory (300ea)

        • +1

Nice saving $44 :).. (not a fan of as-rock though)
The price for this at the moment is still low and people wont be losing a crazy amounts of money on these in the future..

    • +5

Shouldn't neg just because you disagree with the price

    • indeed.

  • +2

6700 XT is a good price

  • +3

The GPU will drop more after ETH merges unless there is another POW coin raising.

  • this or a secondhand 5700xt for 300?

    • +2

This is almost as fast but uses around 100w while gaming VS the 5700XT that uses over 200w :) double the power usage for around 10-15% more FPS :) .. also older tech and used so no warranty

Whats your time worth to you if a used card doesn't work when you take it out of the box or a fan fails.. ext?

  • +3

They wouldn't able to separate me from my money for this price, 2-3 months away from new product plus used market healing.
would ideally be about $200-250 for something so close to market replacement.

RX7600 - RX7600XT will be priced around $400-$600 AUD at launch and wont be coming out until 2023 so .. no idea what your expecting new $1200-$1500 RX4090 and RX7900XT ? to do to these entry level priced cards? $50? maybe.. but i would expect a $50 price drop on these old cards in 2023 regardless

      • +1

Sure as hell going to be a number of people trying to flog off old 2000 series and 3000 series cards for new ones and AMD cards generally don't hold there value as well as Nvidias and 6900xts are already sub 1000 new
Considering the 7700xt is meant to be as faster of faster as the 6900XT you are better off holding onto your cash and maybe adding a bit more over the period of waiting and getting a great deal on used, or picking up something newer and much faster.

You as the consumer decide when to buy, if you don't like the prices, don't give them your money.

  • +4

    Still holding for a 6600xt…

  • These should be $250 max.

  • +9

Lol at all the people saying it should be cheaper. Well it isn't cheaper anywhere so you have no excuse to downvote this

I think everything I buy should be cheaper but it isn't

  • So… Computer Alliance…. so….. deal?

    • +2

These are priced from $350-$400… :) its about the price coming back down closer to that $300 mark

  • Any way of getting the free amd games on offer atm through this deal?

  • +2

The Sapphire RX 6600 posted in this deal has now dropped to $329

  • The ASUS has a better cooler.. same as the one on the 6600XT vs the Sapphire that uses a cut down cooler vs its 6600XT bigger brother

  • +3

Should hopefully start to see more used 6600xt on the market for less than this now
