    Most likely, if you could turn off the actual router IP allocation component. Haven't looked into it specifically.

    But I've done it in the past with D-Link or TP-Link devices.

    Worse than that, copy pasting from reviews:
    "The menu structure and interface is very intuitive. Only thing is it has WPA and WPA2 both selected as Wifi Security and there is no way to switch off WPA and keep only WPA2 which is a bummer as WPA is not really secure if someone wants to hack the wifi airwaves."

  Bought this from last deal, no WPA3, only smbv1. Couldn't figure out how to install openwrt/dd-wrt yet. Specs are similar to philcomm k3n/d1(dlna showed as k3 as well)
