Disagree, with only a few apps you won't be able to update the OS without a restore.

Yeah idk about exchanging the Cellular with a tiny 32GB of storage…seems like a huge trade off for me. Might as well just go for the normal iPad with 64GB at the same price.
32GB will be absolutely tiny. One or two updates and there will be little storage left for your own files.
