Not a bad price for a Kenwood stand mixer. Not the cheapest its been though.

Note this is the base model and doesn't even have a handle on the bowl. Very bad ergonomics

    IIRC, you can purchase a separate bowl with a handle. Also some people purchase a smaller bowl instead of needing to adjust the attachments height.

      Kenwood do not officially have any smaller bowls available, unless they're non-genuine? Any replacement bowl should be the same height at the bottom anyway, for uniformity between bowls - adjusting the attachment height to suit is the best option.

My wife has the Chef XL Titanium, that bowl comes with handles.

She seems happy with it, though I noticed the "Made and Engineered in GB" logo has already faded away.
