Push up is incredible. I canceled my gym membership last year and been doing just push up 3 times a week for the last few months, I can see incredible results from just push up exercise alone.

I know, I’m just saying push up alone is surprising good

    • What about your aaaaaabbbbbbssssss 🧽

      • Controlling diet is enough

        • +1

Boring life if you have to control diet, and not eat what you like. Always better to move more and eat what you like

    • How many do you do?

    • Agree. Add lunges for legs/glutes and bicycle crunches for abs.

And if you want to keep going, planks for core and heel raises for calves.

Pushups don’t target biceps though (this is claimed in description above), you need pull-ups / chin-ups or dumbbells for that.

      • Yeah, after a few months I can tell my body is not balanced anymore. I can see my tricep is way bigger than the bicep. Luckily I have dumbbells.

Sorry to hear you’re munted. I’m sure there’s an app for that too :)

    • i'm considering going from 2 pushups to 3 pushups a week, are there notable gains from an extra 50% work?

  • Been using this for quite a while now. Very nice app. 💪

App "allows you to workout at home". Now I understand why I couldn't do it - I simply didn't have a permission! Revolutionary discovery.

  • It's equally as important to exercise the opposing muscles. This will help with posture. Without this the shortening of pectorals etc form push ups may compromise posture.

  • Does it have some sort of plan that takes you from barely doing 1 to 1000 like Saitama?

I always lose count around 533 so this is worth it

  • Android version pls??

  • Showing up 2.99

    • Same, must be expired
