      technically, in my experience.. you need to have an older model to get a discount. Last time i called up, i initially was asking about a new battery for my old handheld DC something, and they offered me a 25% off code to upgrade

    V8 is listes for $799 on their website but looking at the past history here, it was sold for under 500. Dyson ebay has it listed for $499 but out of stock. So even if they give 30% off on 799, not a worth deal.

      V8 was around the $500 marks a few times this year on ebay and other sites (generally cheaper on ebay using coupon code), for both 2021 and 2022 models

      Just spoke to them on the phone, after trading in my v6 animao, its 669 for v10 and 449(I think) for the v8. Made no sense to return a working v6 and still pay that much. You might be better off waiting for another deal here.

      V12 Bin is very small…more suit for a studio type or 1 bedroom apartment if you don't want to clear the bin halfway.
      Better v11 or outsize

      We have a four-bedroom house with carpet for bedrooms and living room, V10 absolute+ is good enough for our use. it feels lighter and quieter than the old v6. We use it daily and never run out of battery with the middle setting.

    The discount is off of the retail price, so for a v10 that's $999, not the $799 its on sale for.
    That makes it an unpalatable offer to me!

    I wanted to get that special deal that had on ebay the Dyson HP03 that had an extra $200 off from eBay + Dyson discount too…=( I missed that one.
    So the price given is more compared to eBay right at this moment.

    Thanks Op, managed to purchase a V11 for $899 (25% discount) after contacted them via Live Chat, they asked for my old Dyson V6 serial number. At time they can offer 25% off for both V11 and V15 for me.
