  • You probably pay that much in delivery?

      So pick up?

      • haha I didn't know you could dothat. No mark up on prices at all doing online?

    • +4

Well there are cheaper 2 dollars slots available on Tuesday-Thursday if you are working from home those days.

    • I often get $4 delivery or do a big shop and get free. Very little over and above the pay parking at my local.

The Coles link doesn't mention it. Unless you are a subscriber the heraldsun link gives the message,
    "GET THE

    and more when you
    sign up."

    Fools my paywall bypass.

Be warned that Coles online is very hit or miss in my experience. The $2 delivery slots make it very accessible but I'm always annoyed that you have to be charged for plastic bags on every order with no ability to return/refund them. The biggest issue is the high frequency of cancelled items. You make a recipe requiring ingredients and 1/4 of the items are not sent. E.g. for today's order, for the 5 dinner meals ordered - none of the meats/key ingredients were sent. If you select items to be able to be changed when there is no availability then they seem to pick inappropriate substitutes.

It has it's use but it's a real pain in the butt

That just means the percentage discount goes up, I actually want items to be cancelled

I did the click and collect - direct to boot.

It's annoying because I want to save on the Bags - so they just push the trolley near the boot and you have to load everything yourself. (previously you didn't have to do that - they'll pack with your existing bags)

The main point is there is an automatic discount on my account spend 100 get 10 dollar off. I hope others get this too. Then I used this $10 off too. (so $20 off altogether)

Things to buy which are good value is the Dettol refills - Half price.

    • I didn't get that extra stack. But it meets week 4/4 spend $50 for 10k points

Has anyone tried ordering with the current catalogue, then adding stuff the next day (presumably with the next catalogue) before the cancellation deadline?

Will it work, giving you last week's and next week's catalogue deals?

    • +2

No it does not. Current prices apply.

      • I'm saying submit the order today though. Then making changes the next day. Would making changes give you current prices for the stuff you ordered yesterday?

        • +2

Yes it effectively cancels your order and resubmits it with current prices

          • +1

@erd: Would the coupon still apply?

            • @TEER3X: I'm guessing no, based on the new order but expired code.
