Lamb Shish Kebabs as in lamb skewers, not the doner wraps. Lanzhou is a region in North West China at the tail end of the Silk Road and this region has historically had lots of cross-cultural ties with Muslim (Persian/Ottoman) traders, who spread Islamic culture there.
Oh wow thats interesting, thanks for the info. I'm of chinese descent and had no idea. Having lived in Melbourne all my life, whenever I hear kebab, I automatically think doner wraps, which made me very confused upon reading this offer.

You will find some Uighur restaurants in Melbourne such as Dolan and they use a language mix of arabic/persian alongside Chinese.
Lanzhou cuisine (specifically the beef noodles), on the other hand, is associated with the Hui people, which are basically just ethno-Chinese muslims (per my understanding)

On purpose, the store prevents you from getting the deal.
On Instagram, there is no time limit but I was told offer time starting from 5.30 -9.30pm on 14 Sep. We end up buying 3 noodle with 20% off from RRP.
On 15 Sep, we went there around 6.30 pm, they changed again and ask us to follow them on Instagram, WeChat(china's version) and Xiaohongshu (China's version). We just give up.
