You could probably get a better performing phone with a used iPhone XS or 11 for like $300-400.

    • True but you gain a microSD, more ram, likely more storage and 104MP Quad camera. I would still prefer the IP 11 though

      • Also 4 years of OS upgrades.

How good is the battery life? How big are the screens? Can I have 1TB+ of storage?

I'm sure your options are valid for grandma or the kids needing something to play Candy Crush.

Said no one ever in the market for an Android phone.

    • lol, you can't compare deals to the second-hand market.

The iPhone 11 (64GB) has come down to around this price($647) new if someone was undecided.

In addition to everything else already pointed out, there is also no 5G on the iPhone 11.

OFW have the A73 for $649 every day.

  • S21 FE has been around this price a few times recently, which I believe is slightly better in most aspects (although no SD card slot). So might be worth waiting for, particularly with the iPhone 14 due out shortly.

  • It’s a shame that it doesn't have dual sims

  • the camera OK comparing to oppo reno z or S21?

We need those $505-$560 type of deals from a while back for the A73… anyone have any ideas if/when it might happen again?

    • +2

Yeah im waiting for a $550ish price, although $650 isn't bad.

Office works have the A73 for $697 so you could price match this or JB Hi Fi (which is also $649 I believe)

  • Was deciding out of this or the oppo find pro x3 and used this compare website. I didn't know there was a section "Harmful irradiation" but seeing this phone has features and the oppo doesn't. Leans me one way over the other. Although, I thought all mobile radiation was non-iodizing/harmless.

    • All phones have radiation. That data is just not present on that site for the Oppo phone. This information is generally in the spec sheets for all products.

L would be disappointed in your lack of detective skills.

  • Good guys have it in grey only for $699

So, should work out cheaper with the cash rewards and gift cards combo available later today

    • Is price-matching possible?

Otherwise, I assume the price guarantee would apply.

  • +3

Nothing special here or on Samsung's Amazon page price-wise. They've all been cheaper.

  • My friend work for Samsung told me:
S always better than a, even 1 or 2 years old s still better. Or se is still better than a.

    • Except some of them run hot and chew through the battery. Not suitable for everyone.

    • +1

Where do I put a Micro SD card in the Galaxy S models?

    • My S10 is worse in a lot of ways. Primarily the battery and the display being 60hz.

The major flaw with the S and FE models being "better" is lack of SD card slot, plus we don't get the Snapdragon variants in Australia whereas this is.
