Nice deal for those that have a Latitude credit card (including 28 degrees Mastercard).

14.29% cashback if you purchase $350 worth of gift cards. Should include the Super swap gift card as there’s no mention of it being excluded.

T&Cs -

        Well it said only 500 people completed. It would be false advertising to be denied, I'm ok with that but would expect a refund on the gift cards if denied

    Being a Saturday morning, there are limited people online and I've just messaged all relevant colleagues.

    What we're finding is that people who purchased 2 or more cards are experiencing a lag in the challenge updating.
    As you purchased 2x $175 Gift Cards, it explains the lag.

      Hey GYB, just wondering if you could pass on a message to the app devs about what exactly "queued" means, or better describe it in the app.

      I've never encountered it before but my assumption is I'm queued up for a promo that's due to start at some time (eg. 10am) as the time indicates the duration until it starts

      But I noticed some people complain about the queue after 10am, which I thought is strange.

      Just a quick update, our engineering team are still working on a fix for this issue.
      Due to it being a weekend their team are offline for the most part, so progress is a little slower than anticipated.
      They've given me a completion ETA of Monday afternoon.

    They advertised this as available for the WEEKEND of 1st and 2nd October, so I tried using this promo just after lunch on Saturday 1-10-22, only to find that they had already prematurely CLOSED the offer! How outrageous. Amazing. If their intention had been to promote customer goodwill with Lattitude and themselves, they have achieved exactly the opposite. They look like dishonest Bozo the clowns.

Doing so has not fully solved the problem, but it has reduced the incidence.

        For Shopback and Lattitude to heavily advertise this promotion, and to call it a two-day event, yet have such a small quota that it was exhausted in just a few hours, is disgraceful.

      I actually received a ShopBack app notification about a half hour ago reminding me to complete the challenge before it finished, so it definitely seems my purchase hasn't been picked up as of yet… 😕

      This actually reminds me of the eBay Plus tracking kerfuffle that happened not too long ago, which I was also a part of.

      Luckily that cashback eventually came through, so I'm hopeful it'll be the same for this one.

    Cool, it didn't really say on the email that there was limited quantities of this so I assumed I could jump on Sunday and do this but nope they hide it in a sub-point of the fine print that: Limited redemptions are available for the offer.

    It would perhaps be nice if you outlined explicitly that this is a limited quantity only offer and that it has been incredibly popular running out within twelve hours in the initial run. I'm not going to bother opening emails from shopback in future so I'm not disappointed as I know this is simply an issue with me and plenty of you got the deals so enjoy your free $50 guys.

A bit confusing, I thought as long as you clicked start you are in if buy within time frame which ends in 10 hours?

    As a side note to the whole debacle, the whole queuing thing makes no sense.
    Does it guarantee you a spot/qualify because you queued? No
    Does it give you any type of pre registration access? No
    Does it technically make you ineligible for the promo as per TCs? Yes

    If I queue for something, I expect to be in line and given a prompt to complete a purchase within the first few minutes (or for the whole promo) or I forfeit my position.
