This is valid in-store only today, no online coupon, so call into your local Coles. This works out to be $99 for the $150 SIM, or 34% off.

For note, the $150 SIM page on the Coles Mobile website lists it as $119 (with an tentative expiry date of yesterday, 27 Sep 2022), so this pricing might be available in store. Can't see a Coles Mobile deal in the catalogue but worth a shot asking in-store.

        If you activated GOMO recently I wouldn't stress as it wouldn't have been impacted by the data hack. The ID verification has been done through an official government ID verification system for a long time and not by Optus itself so that isn't stored. It's only really old accounts which would have been affected.

        So most likely you had no data leaked. Is only certain account ranges which are affected and is activations from years ago.

    I'll be getting a new driver's licence due to the hacking. Does anyone know how it will affect mobile number porting? Does the ID check look at the drivers licence number used to sign up for the last prepaid provider?

        I don't know how this works though (normally the 30 days is when there is a specific promo with extra data etc). This is just the standard inclusions and I'd be surprised if it didn't activate in 60-90 days too…

      No this is only for new customers. However, you can port your number to any other provider and then port back to coles use this deal.

        I wanted to but the self checkouts were closed. Had to go to an attended checkout and said I was needing to scan a barcode and they asked me what it was about. All I had was this OzB page open and said that there was supposed to be $51 off the price! Anyway, scanned the barcode and the operator said that it didn't work. Then I continued by scanning the flybuys card and it then worked.

        So to answer your question, I can't see why it wouldn't work at self checkouts.

          If VoWifi is allowed while overseas, then we can make calls and receive SMS while overseas on wifi. There is no additional charge.

      Coles Mobile was never affected by the recent hack. No data by Coles Mobile was kept on an Optus server.

      The only other provider other than Optus that I know of which was affected was GOMO with old accounts because GOMO is actually just Optus mobile under another name. It uses the same server back-end. Because GOMO is a subsidiary of Optus.

      Otherwise no Optus MVNo was affected by the data hack leak.
