I complemented another thread for disclosing it's in part with a balanced diet, which this one has failed to do. Taking this alone with not burn fat if you're not already eating right OR already in a deficit. Please keep that in mind before you buy.

Yeah so putting caffeine in your hair = good. But consuming stupid amounts in the name of losing fat = actual hair loss, lack of sleep aka "proven for fat loss"

Seems pretty decent, including rauwolscine, hard to find in a product in Australia. Definitely heard good things about it. Should be good for a pure cardio day
