S22 ultra was there for $1200 something all this time edu store. Now they jacked the price and put a 30% off label.
The edu store prices have always been based on regular prices. The amount of discount does change from time to time.
Trade Deal is still working for me in Edu store. S21 Ultra is fetching $440 for the trade in.
I bought the S22 Ultra with the samsung care. I've been happy and my 128Gb version doesn't get hot, has fairly good battery life and when i dropped the phone on some cobblestones at speed (whilst bike riding) the swap process was extremely easy with a brand new phone (although my new spen isn't great).
I am enjoying the camera's 10x - I thought I wouldn't need it but its handy to have.
guys don't forget A series, A73 is awsome, does the job plus long lasting battery

i am using s21 ultra 521g and i am so regret to get this phone. battery is terrible. screen is not that strong. camera is easy to damage. plus lots of software bugs. If I knew this, I will never use Samsung phone again.

it is cheaper with samsung online store if you are applying trade in, 1049 - 300 trade in credit = 749 + ( 65 device non return fee ) if got subscription or loyalty vouchers even cheaper
don't forget device value + rerurn fee = 365, aim is to get that bonus credit what they offering atm
Sorry, I meant 300 trade in bonus actually, I ordered S22 256gb 1149 - 5 Dollars trade in for s8 plus - 300 Trade up bonus - 100 loyalty discount - 50 subscription voucher = 694 + 65 device non return fees
Is the bonus credit still available for the Edu Store? Seems like they are requesting my credit card details for a Trade ID and I don't want to unless it is still applicable.

I got them through the live chat to help me trade in my samsung s9+ (for $1) 300 bonus trade, 100 loyalty which worked on the normal store to take the price of a s22+ 256 to $998.
My s9+ is still going strong but thinking about upgrading. Some of these comments are making me lean towards the pixel 7 pro (with better long term updates). Unless I've missed something?
A big chunk of the pixel 6 owners were unimpressed with that device and came back to Samsung.
I can't see the long term updates being much different between the two brands.
The galaxy S devices are good. For every complaint on a thread like this there's thousands of happy users. I couldn't be happier with my S21+. So much better than my old S9.
statistically pixel has always been bad with quality, price drop even quicker than crypto.

Careful with Samsung trade up program. Support is useless if something goes wrong. I obtained a code in July, then didn't use it because bonus credit didn't apply to epp store. Asurion assumed the code was used, demanded I send my phone in, then charged me over $200 for not returning the old phone. Asurion support told me to contact Samsung, Samsung support tild ne to contact Asurion. Asurion takes about a week to respond to emails. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Update: I received a response in only 2 hours. They have cancelled the trade in request and will refund the money (I was charged 4 times).
Yes, I used that link and have been exchanging emails with [email protected] as a result. The most progress so far was made by calling Samsung support on 1300 362 603 and selecting option for Samsung upgrade program. They apparently found the code was still active and cancelled it. That was about a month back. I feel like I am getting somewhere very slowly, but I am pretty close to just disputing the transaction with my bank.
For those that wonder if I was actually charged: yes, they charged me $225 including $60 admin fee about one month after I obtained the upgrage code.
I'd honestly go straight to the ACCC. That's rubbish.

Just ask them outright. I said "I'm looking at purchasing a s22, do you still do the loyalty vouchers?"
Twice they have said yes. But they only work in the normal store (not the education store).
The trade-up bonus credit does not apply to Education Store. It was not clear at all!

If you ask Live Help, they should be able to issue you one. also ask for a loyalty code as upgrading from an S10 they give you a $100 but can only be used on main site.
The education store does have trade in bonuses sometimes. It was there when this deal was posted, then Samsung removed it pretty quickly.
All partner website like education store seems to be offline…

do you think someone managed to take advantage of the deal? But anyway yesterday I tried to use the trade up app and it wouldn't accept my prepaid debit post office work. Because of that I missed out on the secret fold 4 deal which was $200 on top of $500 bonus, free s-pen case, free samsung care + , $50 newsletter voucher, $100 loyalty voucher and 10% off phone voucher. All of this stacked but unfortunately the trade up wouldn't allow the prepaid card
