        Does anyone know how much nvidia cards drop when AMD launches? I can't seem to find any historical data to back it up.

          You cant know its a totally different market. But if they are priced competitively then there is a chance that these would drop in prices further. The point is to avoid buying as much as possible to make retailers drop prices so they dont keep selling cards overpriced. Unless you dont have anything that you can game on or on a really old card, its better to wait.

    Pretty sure that's all all time low. It might also be worth considering how much you can sell your old card for as part of the price.

      eBay is full of cards, and fair few going unsold. So don't expect much unless they are high end cards…

      RMA is an American thing. In Australia if the card breaks the retailer must provide you with your choice of refund or replacement.

        Return merchandise authorisation is just the process to receive that refund or replacement when you didn't buy it from a physical store.

          Yup I guess to rephrase my question. How is Galax with its warranty process? Do they usually honour it…? Is it painful? Anyone have any experience with them?

    Moving into reasonable price territory.
    Still more than my 1050 ti cost, but it's a massive improvement.

    I am definitely gonna wait to see what the AMD 7000 series will cost though.
