I love the 7/11 frappes, this is great.
Visited a stored and the machine crapped the bed whille the person in front of me used it so the staff turned it off. Went to another and scored one!
Frappe isn't bad, but I wouldn't pay the usual $4.50 for it.
Half the ice flew out of the cup during the blending process lol
The attendant knew about the deal, he was great sport and ready to scan as I was approaching the counter.
What flavour frappe did you get?
Mocha. Flavour was nice, but the ice chunks were fairly large. The paper straw deteriorated while I was waiting for the ice to melt.

No frappe/smoothie machines at any of my local stores.
I thought the same, but I called up to confirm and they did have it. Don't trust the map it seems :)
Store locator says there's smoothie machines in the entire Geelong region.

Can ring the store to check availability of offers. Worked every time for me, as long as ring at quiet times.
Tags are out of date, my local does have the machine contrary to what the locator says.
Vic Market pretty friendly about the whole deal. Staff member even near the machine showing people how to use it and giving recommendations.
What did they recommend? I just went there and it was not busy. They were polite, but they didn’t go over and above.

Chocolate tastes weird, a bit fruity. I went all out and chose Double Chocolate. I suspect the self cleaning mechanism is not thorough enough to clean it properly. Choose a fruit based one.

My phone ran out of energy as I went to scan app… Was on older bus without USB Ports & forgot powerbank, so no way to charge. Staff happily recharged my phone so I could use it👍

Didn't encountered that.
But tonight, most choices were unavailable on screen (no iced coffees, no chocolates, no shakes, only 2 Frappes, but plenty of fruit smoothies).
I commented about that. Staff member opened it up & squeezed the bags of syrups. He said they had run out of stock of the others.
So as those syrups become exhausted, machine removes that option. Once all are exhausted - it becomes "Out of Order"!
More likely to happen in busy areas. (Tonight's was a student area.)

Just tried the double choc shake. Could've been sweeter but can't complain for a free drink. It's also pretty cool to watch the machine work. Also props to 7-eleven for using paper lids, first time I've seen that used.
Single use plastics are banned in most states now, I think. Hence paper lids.

As usual, machine was under maintenance suspiciously. Then they fixed it but all it did was dispense ice and nothing else. It was horrible so threw it in the bin. Complete waste of my time
711 fanboy here. Always stop for their cheap coffee. Not worth wasting 'premium' cafe prices on my tastebud. Drink for the affects not the taste. First time using the smoothie machine it was great. $4.50 still cheap for a smoothie. Took the free option as a trial and might be going back.
I've added this offer in my app, did that mean I definitely get one? Or is it still subject to redeeming it in store within the first 71k people?
IOW, is there a chance I'll rock up to the courter with my smoothie in hand and it's not free?

Got myself a choc and it’s pretty good. There’s some large ice chunks as it doesn’t blend it all so good for king hauls and if you’re a slow drinker. For some reason the mango passion fruit smoothie is really good
Had the mocha latte frappe. Lost a bit due to the blender getting a bit too carried away. Would rate it higher if it weren't for the spillage.
Are these in most stores? Think i'll give the mango passionfruit smoothie a go
Got the free frappe, staff didn’t even bother scanning my card just let me have it. Wouldn’t pay for it, the blender didn’t work too well, it’s mostly badly crushed ice and some syrup.
The smoothies work best. Frappes are messy and most of the ice fall out when blending.
How do you find a 7 eleven with the machine, went to a few in brisbane city and they dont have them

So none near Queen st mall in the city, closest one near the Gabba lol
you can always try your nearest first as others have commented that the locator isn't entirely accurate.

I went to two in the middle of brisbane city, they didnt have them, and i didnt want to walk around the whole city and still not find one that had one 🙃
@Rain Cloud: Was in Edward St store yesterday - its probably far too tiny to add a machine. Could hardly move with a few people in store.
Try the larger stores. Servo stores have more room for the machine.Last day today!
Local only had banana flavour available. It was absolutely disgusting. They didn’t even have a lid for the cups either, and it dripped down the side whilst mixing. Took two sips and threw it in the bin..
Staff at 7-11 are so slack, they never maintain the machines and are often out of stock of promo items..
Local store's machine has been out of order two days in a row. Not sure if it was working in the morning in between times. The sign had moved.
I got the caramel latte frappe. Some of the liquid came out too close to the edge of the cup and dropped down the side, but the machine did a perfect job of blending it. It was delicious, but I'd never spend $4.50 on it. Call me when they are $2.50 - $3.
Tip is to watch & tilt the cup to catch the syrup. Otherwise it can miss the cup.

The ones I have been to are all "not working" such a joke. Typical 711 promos. Wasted my time driving around to them.
My mango and passionfruit smoothie dripped all over the sides and there's no paper towels or anything near the station. The staff must enjoy mopping the floors after every purchase.
there's some serviettes near the muffin/doughnut cabinets where all the tongs and paper bags are

Managed to redeem an extra strength coffee frappe today. Not much coffee flavour for something that's meant to be 'extra strength', but still not bad.
Surprised it hadn't reached the redemption limit yet given that today is the last day but hey, I'm not complaining!
Pretty nifty little machine they've got though. For $4.50, I'd be open to giving one of the other flavours a go some time.
Finally got around to redeeming this deal today, ordered the Mango/banana smoothie and I can only compare it to the Mango smoothies from Costco…. it was a messy operation as the smoothie was overflowing and dripping everywhere but after cleaning it up and taste testing it….. I’ll just stick to cheap slurpees 😝
