      Gave up NBN 3 years ago, no hope getting decent speed for my place. Moved to mobile broadband, excellent options available, much higher speed, free to move address. The only drawback is most with limited quota.

    As usual, it's worth noting Woolworths bonus gift cards are a separate type to the normal ones. Bonus ones only have 3 months expiry, whereas normal ones last forever.

    Not a big deal if you shop frequently at Woolworths or commute on Sydney Trains and are willing to top up at a few select Woolworths that are also Opal retailers (Parramatta and Town Hall are 2 examples), especially considering inflation is driving up the cost of a lot of stuff.

      I have the same issue. Contacted them via [email protected] received a reply with a confirmation of my activation date on 28/6/22. I sent them a follow up email last Friday. No reply! They opened my email as I used “read receipt”. Don’t know what to say

    How long do you have to stick with the provider to get the gift card if people are still waiting after 2 months?

      1. If your nbn™ service is cancelled within the first 30 days the transaction will be deemed invalid and you will not be eligible to receive a gift card. In other words, you have to stay with your current provider for 30 days, in order to be eligible for this deal.

      2. Econnex Comparison will provide you with a $100 Woolworths Store Bonus eGift Card by email up to 90-120 days after you have successfully activated your service. In other words, the countdown of 90-120 days to receive the Giftcard will start after your connection date, not the signup date.

Before I could finish using both, I noticed I was sent 1x$25 and 1x$50 with the previous ones cancelled. Fair enough I thought. Anyway I tried using the newly sent e-giftcards last night but it errorred out (invalid card). Who in Econnex should I contact about this?

    • I've never come across any WW gift cards which are single-use. All the ones I've purchased can be used to pay for multiple transactions, and you would have a remaining balance after each transaction - unless of course you decide to use the entire $50 in one go.

      • Thanks. I wouldn’t generally ask this question for purchased gift cards, but these gift cards come with only 3 months validity unlike unlimited validity for purchased gift cards. So wanted to make sure if it also has any such condition that have to be used up in single transaction.

        Manyo confirmed that these are not single use vouchers, so I know now.

    I applied for the service in July and never cancelled the service. I moved my service to a new address and I still should be eligible for the offer. It's been over 90 days and I haven't received any gift card due to service relocation to a new address. Econnex got info from More telecom that my service was cancelled, which is not true. I in fact transferred existing service (account) to a new address, without any cancellation and should be eligible.

      My nbn service was activated on 27 July and cancelled on 26 August (which is day 31) but somehow Econnex has deemed that I cancelled within 30 days.
