I just got a great deal for Summer:

Buy 6 x bottles of Yellow Tail wine (any 750ml varieties) in one transaction from a participating venue¹ and keep the receipt.
Scan the deal on the bottle (small attached label) to take you to yellowtailcabana.com.au and submit your details and proof of purchase.
The promo company will send you a code once they confirm your purchase details (took 2 days) and a link to the CoolCabana site.

Just received an email that First Choice isn’t eligible retailer?! This was never outlined in the T&Cs:
Any product that is purchased from a Coles retailer
(Liquorland, First Choice Liquor and Vintage Cellars)
is excluded from the Promotion. This includes
products purchased from these retailers via UberEats
or DoorDash.

      The bottles don't need stickers but the shop needs to be advertising the promotion, as it says in the ozbargain description.

I bought online and no-one (still no-one I think?) was advertising it online so it was a guess as good as any other online store. Someone even phoned up Dan's and was told they weren't part of the promotion when it looks like they actually are!

    If they mentioned very first time clearly, nobody bought from Coles retailers. However, there are several people already bought from them because T&Cs were very vague. And some people received code even bought from them.
    
    Yes, it's possible to be Group Think but I believe OZBs, we never wanted waste money and time.

I checked BWS website, but I couldn't found any advertisement that related Yellow Tail & Cool Cabanas promotions. However, BWS is one of participated retailer due to stickers on bottle.
It's not able to know BWS are in this promotion before when I visited or delivered. It's absolutely vague T&Cs.

There is no any 'Yellow' on competition page too.

  I submitted another one under hubbys details last night 10/11 at 8pm and got an email with the code at 1pm today. So not sure why we got that one because both was from BWS. Maybe my picture of the receipt file size was too large, as I think it said not to be more than 6mb and I don’t recall changing the size of the upload when I submitted it on the 4th.

What a disastrous T&C! There is no way we can take it seriously, the CoolCabana page says in big letters "GET A LARGE COOLCABANA FOR ONLY $50 (RRP $249)", then the T&C says "Gift Description: The gift is a discount voucher to purchase a Yellow Tail CoolCabana Beach Cabana for $199 (normally $250 without discount voucher), redeemable at www.coolcabanas.com.au/pages/yellowtail."

Purchased from Dan Murphy's and uploaded the receipt on the 5th, the bottles came with the sticker, but haven't received the discount voucher yet.

    My point is: the T&C is a joke and hard to be taken seriously. If they can't get the gift description right, which is one of the most important information there, how can we be so sure nothing else is wrong? By the way, when I submitted the receipt, the page said 2-3 working days (I've got a screenshot saved) to get the discount voucher and it has been 5 working days already.
