I just got a great deal for Summer:

  1. Buy 6 x bottles of Yellow Tail wine (any 750ml varieties) in one transaction from a participating venue1 and keep the receipt.
  2. Scan the deal on the bottle (small attached label) to take you to yellowtailcabana.com.au and submit your details and proof of purchase.
  3. The promo company will send you a code once they confirm your purchase details (took 2 days) and a link to the CoolCabana site.
  4. Submit the code at checkout and get your cabana for $50 delivered (instead of $249!)

Great reviews so I ordered 2 for Christmas (2 x separate purchases). Cheers!

      3 bottles for $24 at BWS, so $48 for 6. Scan your Rewards card to get 10% off works out to be $43.20 or $7.20/bottle which is about what the wine should cost.

    bought 6 bottles on thursday at Dan's and got my code today. I'm not sure why everyone's upset about them refusing codes from coles group. "participating retailers" and "displaying promotional material" was pretty cut and dry. they were probably hoping they would change their minds and join in but they haven't, and now they've updated the t&cs to make it even more clear. if you want to complain you should be directing your ire at coles group who were too stingy to take a little profit cut for massively increased sales… anyway.

    p.s. don't buy the bubbles they're bloody awful. the shiraz is ok.

      People on this thread have mentioned bad wording of T&C. The deal claiming page still says "Get a Cool Beach Cabana for only $50 (RRP $249)" on the banner and in text. Moreover, same words appear on bottle stickers.

    Just ordered online for a different Dan's store and tried to submit but says limit reached which is quite dissapointing

        After I entered my details and put in the receipt. Clicked submit and error popped up saying "Error sorry entry limit reached"
        Tried incognito and same thing

        Will give it a try on my computer on Firefox, using a different email and see if that works

        they should let people choose a different colour. They ran this promotion in partnership, they under estimated demand, so they should make it right by those who entered.

    Finally got the code and it’s Sold Out :(
    Anyway, spoke to YellowTail and they advised code is valid until February 2023, so even though the yellow CoolCabanas are out of stock at the moment, they will be getting in more stock of the Yellow one hopefully before the code expires. (They don’t have any timeframe).

        Lol… I would suggest the best thing to do is wait, if it’s approaching the voucher expiry politely ask them to let you get a different colour. If not then if enough people go to fair trading they might budge.

    For those that purchased wines from the Coles group and submitted a claim on the 3 or 4th Nov it may be worth giving them a call. They have honoured my claim on the grounds that at that time it wasn't explicit the participant stores. Got my code. Now just hoping it's back in stock.

    I didn't see this when I submitted my receipt, but my receipt had a message saying "Duplicated receipt" in it, so they rejected my entry =/
    I think it is because I have the paperless receipt turned on in my everyday rewards account =/

    I've replied with the original receipt but I haven't heard from them yet

        It's tent pegs and a much shorter spike. From what I can tell, the catch with trying to use the beach spike is it's designed to go very deep in the sand for stability. Trying to get that into soil would suck.
        We'll use it more out camping and the park so worth the $25.

    So my 1st receipt [First Choice] was rejected after10 days. I immediately purchased at BWS and submitted, 8 days later after 2 email enquiries and multiple attempts to contact the promoter I just had 1 last try-phone was answered after 1 ring, charming lady very apologetic and said they had a glitch in the system- she sent the code on the spot and I've ordered mine. Thanks to OP and all who offered advice.

    Would’ve been nice if it was spelt clearly on this promo’s header that any coles liquor store does not participate, like they do on the promo page (which I discovered after purchasing).     I had not received my voucher after 10 days (bought at first choice) so I called them on 02 9357 6477 . They found my email and resolved it on the spot and sent me the code. I jumped online and selected the yellow 5.8 metre one. Added it to my basket and applied the code and whamo its on its way for $50!
