Missed this one and found out the hard way in store earlier today. These sneaky "storewide" deals require more attention to detail 🤣
Went in store as couldn't use c&c on order. Showed out of stock online (adding delivery cost), despite plenty on shelf.
20-50% off Store Wide… Price of my purchase was not discounted.
Many discounted items I saw on Sunday were same price today - just the discount signs were bigger & yellow.
Other items were not discounted. Staff could not explain why.
Yeah… seems Spotlight has a 20-40/50% off sale most weekends.
Their website is so inaccurate. Place an order and you'll get some or none of the items you ordered, but still get slugged the delivery if 1 item is available (would be nice if they contacted you and gave the option of cancelling if all items weren't available). Click & Collect is the same. Place an order for items where it shows in stock, and it just gets cancelled. I go to the store and find the items in the store myself which apparently couldn't be fulfilled. Awful, awful service.
