    need small 5G plan

    • there is none

Smallest is around $55 for 60gb

    • 64 GB $23.10 plan will let you trial 5G until 28/2/23. Not bad for a few months at least. Who knows, maybe they will extend the coverage at that point?

      • -1

Ends up close the same as Telstra

  • I think getting telstra gift card deal is better than this

    • Which one? Most are effectively $55+ per month with only 100GB data after deducting the $1000 JBHIFI gift card values and you are locked in a 24 months contract.
Edit: yeah all Telstra plans are 5G instead of 4G.

  • 5G trial?

temp use Telstra's 5G network until 28/2/23 on 64GB plan and above.

I spent too much time on this.. but comparison to Woolworths Mobile for those interested.

    More Telecom
    - All plans cheaper vs. Woolworths Mobile equivalents (when either Commbank 30% off 12 months promo or 10% off ongoing discounts applied)
    - More plan tiers available
    - More data included in largest plan and slightly cheaper per GB, even after the 12 month promo, with Commbank 10% ongoing discount (Woolworths Mobile $45 90GB p/m vs. More Telecom $49.50 100GB p/m)
    - Unlimited Calls & SMS to Top 15 Countries included with the 22GB plan & above
    - 1000 x MMS msgs p/m

    Woolworths Mobile
    - Data Gift up to 50% of your included data to other Woolworths Mobile plans
    - Unlimited Calls & SMS to 22 selected destinations included with the $35 plan & above (or with $5 add-on to the $25 plan)
    - Unlimited MMS
    - 1 x 10% Grocery discount p/m (when linked to an Everyday Rewards card) which may save you more money vs. More Telecom's discount(s), depending on the total of your average grocery spend

    Both
    - Telstra MVNO

      Both have eSim?

      • +2

Woolworths Mobile does, but I don't believe More Telecom currently offer it.

$30 cash back with $30 spend on CBA rewards too. Select the 200gb option on sign up then downgrade plan after first month

  • What’s the best value and most flexible way to get on Telstra 5G and also connect an Apple Watch cellular via Telstra one number?

    • +3

You can only get One directly through Telstra

  • Is it the full Telstra network like boost?

    • +1

Negative. You can however check the coverage map here if you'd like to check area(s).

  • +2

My only complaint with these guys is that the network name is just . for some reason. Annoying on an iPhone.

    • +4

So what you're saying is, they should include More in their network name..

  • No esim with More Telecom, is that right?

    • Pretty well summ's up our future under "banese!

  • If i get this will i be eligible for jbhifi telstra $500 deal?

  • Does anyone know if More Telecom offers VoLTE and VoWIFI on their plans? VoWIFI is insignificant but missing VoLTE (HD Calling) means a severely degraded call quality and mobile data drops to 3G during phone calls.

    • +1

Not at the moment, but expected to arrive by the end of the year.

    • They have just sent an email saying wifi calling has been added now :)

  • Very nice

  • Jsut signed up, thanks OP
