I had to threaten to charge back to get menulog to honour a $10 off promotion. I spent about 20 mins with online chat repeating that a $10 menulog credit wasn't an acceptable substitute for a $10 off voucher. Given how much of my time they wasted I had decided to never use them again.
Whats the problem with $10 credit?

I saw a Menulog branded car sitting my local McDonalds last night. I'm in a rural area so didn't think we had any of these food delivery thingies, and so I usually ignore these posts. But after seeing the car last night, I then saw this, but read: "Excludes GYG, Grill’d, Hungry Jack’s, KFC, McDonald’s, Subway" …. so it excludes all the places anyone around here would use Menulog for. Marketing… always the cream of the IQ crop, lol.

People do relise that menulog have a bunch of restaurants that also deliver themselves and not via a menulog driver. They are usually much better priced and timed better.
My menulog history is one pizza restaurant to use up coupons, I've tried going directly to the restaurant but they don't have a phone number listed on their website, just a link to menulog. Seems to work well for them.
They use their own drivers and are always ridiculously fast and nice.
Which probably explains why I didn't get this coupon, I ordered through them a couple of weeks ago.
