Probably the cheapest Costco have sold them and previous deals at prices similar to these have been quite popular in the past but that was before HN.
I was planning to buy the 128GB model but $160 off on a $1160 device isn't very exciting. No fear of missing out on this deal.

Lots of retailers are not stocking it up by the looks, Hardly Normals are one of the last retailers selling at steep discounts.
Many places (like Telstra) still have 12 mini though.

I think the membership will be in effect immediately after the customer sign-up.
Seeing this makes me super happy I picked up the 12 mini from Amaysim a few days ago.
The 13 mini is not $400 better than the 12 mini, IMHO.
For 128GB, my calculation is $150 difference (I am factoring the SIM cost). Do bear in mind iPhone 12 Mini starts from 64GB whereas with 13 Mini, it starts from 128GB.
I paid less for iPhone 13 with a Telstra Day deal (and I had Telstra Plus points to offset the price even further).
Only caveat is the battery. I have the 12 mini and am looking for a 13 mini to replace it. If you’re a very light user the 12 mini might be fine.
I had the 12 Mini - battery life was definitely a problem as I'm a fairly heavy user. I've read good things about the 13 Mini's battery life.

I would add the SIM cost in. It is unusual for an OZBer not to be on a decent mobile phone plan / deal. Also, Optus network, in my area, is a pain to use.
Hi there. Just wondering if you need to sign up with a monthly plan with them to get the phone? I'm thinking of doing the same thing. If they're not refurbished models I think it's such a good deal.

If sold out, you cannot ask for a rain check to buy it at that price when the new stock comes in.
Costco ask for membership cards on arrival, when it's raining they do additional checks, particularly when good deals to be had in-store.
I just checked, every green model is out of stock. I wanted one, ideas on any other deals besides apple store one?
