  • Good for reaching your credit card spend for bonus points as well ;)

  • 1.4%-1.7% transaction fees.

Why is Zeller better then say Suncorp's flat 0.88%+GST fees?

    • how much for amex?

      • AMEX/DC are not standardised, it normally depends on your agreement and volumes.

You would have to enquire based on your situation and type of business.

It could be higher than Zeller if you don't have much volume.

    • If you transact over $250k a year, or have a complex business — feel free to reach out to the Sales team and they can look at a custom rate for you: https://www.myzeller.com/sales

Zeller's fee does include AMEX transactions and there are no ongoing terminal rental fees, which a lot of the banks charge. Hope this helps!

  • what about fees for phone orders and they read out their card details?
is that 1.7% incl GST "moto orders"?

  • I used a referral code and didn’t get accepted, apparently I navigated off the referral. Not sure how that works.
Maybe be careful when signing up.

    • Did likewise, sent an email to CS including the referral link and both credited $100.
Remember, to Zeller, a credit is only a number in your Zeller account until it’s spent via the MC or transferred to your bank.
No fee invoicing is coming so Zeller is becoming a low cost Xero+bank.
