Intel Core i9-13900K 13th Gen CPU $999 (CoD MW 2 via Redemption) + Delivery ($5 Metro/ $0 C&C/in-Store) + Surcharge @ Centre Com

220

The Intel 13900k is infamous among PC enthusiasts and no doubt overkill for most users, however, don't let that stop you! Great price from a local reputable retailer. Purchased a few items from them in the past months and have received them within the week.

There have not been many sales on the 13900k leading up to the Black Friday sales with retailers either selling out of the "K" variant or asking for the retail price ($1099).

Includes copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II via Redemption is a nice bonus if you love the sweaty nature of competitive online gaming. The campaign looks ok, so might not all be lost.

Intel 13900k in short; is arguably the best-performing CPU in today's market, can underclock voltage and still yields respectable performance (moot points power draw), has excellent benchmarking results (bragging rights), future proof for at least a couple of years, supports DDR4, Z690 motherboards (last gen) in abundance and affordable compared to AM5, CPU can double as a heater in winter.

Surcharges: 1.2% Card & PayPal, 2% AmEx

Can I pay 998 and skip COD?

Sell code here… you'll get heaps of takers.

intel mw2 requires linking to battlenet so you'd need to give your intel login

I really really want this, but it would be over-kill for everything I do.

    • Buy what you need, bank the rest 👍🏼

    • +9

if owning it make you happy, doing nothing with it is still worth it.

      • If not owning it makes you happy(er), doing nothing is worth even more.

  • have centre com ditched free postage?

    • +1

They changed it to $5 with $79 order.

    • +3

I'm surprised more stores haven't also ditched it. It's a brutal industry at the moment. Especially with AusPost.

      • Yup AusPost prices are up and you can't really avoid it nowadays by using couriers because courier rates are up 30% since the start of COVID.

        • There's also the flooding of the Perth railway and derailment on the Melbourne to Adelaide line, which has affected things for the west-central states.

  • If anyone who buys this can please send me the MW2 code I would be very grateful

    • It's not just a code you'd have to give them your battlenet login

      • I bought off a key from reddit (US seller). All I had to do was create an Intel account and use the master key the seller provided and link battle.net to the Intel account.

        • true forgot it probably works a bit diff for this redemption

        • How much did you pay for it.

Thanks for the post - made me realise my 13600KF I bought a few weeks ago would get me another COD game I could hand to a friend. Does anyone here have any experience redeeming the COD offer twice on one Intel account? (I got my code from a laptop I recently got, and can now get another code with my desktop but unsure if the Intel site will allow the same software offer twice…)

Checking OZB every few hours for a 13700K deal.

      I'm holding out for a 13900KF deal

      • What is the benefit of 13900KF over 13900K ?

        • +1

Absolutely nothing besides being 20-30 bucks cheaper.

        • +1

The only difference is the integrated graphics, but most people who are buying this CPU won't be using integrated graphics anyway…

          K = integrated GPU
          KF = no integrated GPU

Price difference is anywhere from AUD$50-100 more for the K over the KF.

      $699 at lots of places

    • Also down to $699 on Amazon with free shipping

You can get a better deal on eBay with the Black Friday codes. $899 at the ShoppingExpress, futu online and gg.tech ebay stores. $876 if you activate the eBay Plus free trial.
MSY also had it for $899 + free postage, but ran out of stock.

    • +2

      How do you get $899.
      I saw $1299 at shopping express, GG.tech.
Even 22% off, still more expensive than $999.

Your one is AMD cpu, this is Intel CPU…
Ok, I already saw you answer to another person.
          Ignore me.

    • $1013 with promo since all those retailers have it at $1299.

If anyone doesn't want their call of duty code please pm me! Happy to buy it

  • CPU isn't the problem. Some z790 motherboards cost more than 13900k.

    • You are looking at very high end fancy boards and there are just few out there. Many z790s can be found around @ $400.

  • Is the 13600k eligible for the game?

    • it would depend which games and what performance you are aiming for. Don't forget, CPU on its own is not the only element for gaming performance. GPU has big part as well. So you need to think both combined.

Oh sorry I was talking about the MW2 redemption game. If I bought the 13600k would I be eligible for the game?

        • Seller + CPU dependant.

        • Yes that 13600K CPU does qualify. I bought a 13600KF today and have a spare code. Bought a 12th gen last month and got a code there too. Your retailer will need to advertise for it as some are not participating with Intel.

          • @grizz_li: Ok because I bought the 13600k from centre Com and I wasn't sure if I could get the code

            • @JamYomb: If they didn't give it to you via email, contact them about it.

  • Please PM me if you don't want your call of duty code. Happy to buy from you!
