        I got 2 bags of the lamb. Will last my little one about 6 months as I mix it with kibble.

        $160-$180ish is what I used to pay a bit over a year ago as standard. Crazy how much their price has inflated. We don’t see it at this price very often anymore. Tempted to even get a third..

    So I buy an $100 ebay card from Shopback's gift card section, and I see it's called an eVoucher.
    Now when I use it does it invalidate the discount as a voucher, or is it counted as a gift card!!!
    If someone could please clarify for me it would be greatly appreciated!

      Okay so, Any amount paid by gift card will be deducted from the total you get Cashback on.
      So if you use a gift card or an eVoucher your cashback is invalidated.

        No that is not right. Forget that ShopBack calls a gift card an evoucher. It is just a gift card. You can use it to pay for your ebay purchase without invalidating anything. Voucher in this instance refers to a code like PSAVER20 (i made that up as an example) which does change the way cashback is handled and often invalidates it. In this case you can use voucher such as FRIBLK20 and still get cashback only the lesser amount.

    How do I know if shopback is activated on ebay? If I go to aliexpress for instance, there will be a pop-up and loading screen which gives me a small window telling me it's activated. Clicking the extension button will also let me know it's activated.

    None for ebay, and it used to have it.

      Yeah so eBay aren't active on our extension at the moment. If you click through our link and shop, it will be tracked, but if you have any doubts you can shop on mobile to be sure.

    What happens if you request a total from an ebay seller so they only charge 1 shipping fee? Is there any way to get it to track for cashback as it says you commit to the sale when requesting a total but only pay later when they give you the invoice

            $5 cashback on $50 spend; &

    When I try to use an eBay gift card to pay, it keeps returning an error about invalid payment method, although my gift card value is more than the order value. Anyone else with the same issue?

    When I go through ShopBack onto eBay and search my item, it opens a new tab when I click on my item to go to the listing page. Does this still track? I can't figure out how to open in the same tab…

      I'm now in a similar situation. I click on eBay through shopback, and questioning if it's even tracking. It doesn't say the activated sign on the shopback google chrome extension.

      Yeah weird happens to me every now and again as well. What I do is I just close everything (make sure cart is empty) and then click through again and it should show recently viewed items on the eBay home page. Then I just click on item/s from there and purchase that way.

        I was unsure if that would work, because I noticed something in the T&Cs about clicking 'sponsored' items or something, and didn't know if that would be an issue.

          It's not sponsored items though it just shows your recently viewed items/listings. I don't see how that would be an issue. Make sure there's nothing in your cart beforehand though.

    Q re Rebel Sport (25% cashback). I ordered $350 worth items for which my full $65 CB is tracked. But if there is any issue where I need to return/refund any items from the list (which will bring down the spent cost from $350 to $150), how does cashback work in that case? Will I loose all CB or I will get partial CB on spent amount ( $150)?

      You lose it all if 1 item was refunded in a sale with multiple items. Best to buy them individually.

    Got a laptop stand, and bed wedge pillow
    But anyone got a luck with order being tracked ? If placed at 11:59 PM ??

    Got a screen recording too, just like a standard norm.

    The bloody Laptop was too slow, and then eBay refusing to accept visa/mastercard payment methods, then paypal checks etc. slowed it down, Checked the ebay order page it says "Time placed 25 Nov 2022 at 11:59 PM"

    Also not to forget how many times the stupid SB website redirects to download the garbage chromium plugin, one that never works. But litterally keeps redirecting even when I didn't click on such icon or banner related to the stupid plugin

    That too without the coupon code in hope of getting full 16% +$5 of $53 spent

    Order should still track at 16% yeah GYB? since the deal was until 12 am ?

      I doubt you'll get tracked at the higher rate. It's not tracked based on order time. It's when the payment has finalised which is usually at least a few minutes after ordering. Sometimes over 5 minutes. Its been discussed a lot previously and probably why it says "For all flashies, best to get your order in with a bit of time before the end time, as processing can take a few minutes."
      Also says its valid until 11:59pm in the table above so if you placed it at 11:59:xx, that wouldn't even make the cutoff.

            @8azinga: Probably best to message seller to hold onto shipping the order. for a while, better to have order cancelled than to not receive cashback on it.
            Luckily one item was eBay plus, so free return the laptop stand if the Shopback fails to track at the correct 16% cashback rate.

            Will probably return other wedge pillow too by paypal free returns if shopback fails to track at correct 16% cashback rate
