    ebay shows me the order time 11:59pm. Shopback shows 00:02am. Should I wait or complain now?

      This has been discussed many times before and it is why the deal description says to get orders in with time to spare because processing can take a few minutes.
      It is not based on order time but when it has been processed by ebay. Look in your order details on the website and under the payment info and there will be a time stamp there.

      The deal also says it expired at 11:59pm so if you only got your order in at 11:59:xx, you missed the cut-off anyway.

    Damn… Got shopback shafted…. again…

    Used voucher thinking it would be counted as a code according to deal info and get 10%. NUH. Over $80 spent and got only 5c cashback.

    If it was made clear in the deal this would happen, I would have used paypal and got $17 cashback and used my voucher later in the year. Ts&Cs are not very useful when they are incomplete. I thought SB had improved… jurys out…

      $80 voucher is like a 20%, 22% off discount code. No cashback is earned on this portion. There are several comments mentioning it.

    Ordered around 5 minutes before midnight and received the ebay confirmation email at 00:01, so didn't expect SB to track. But luckily the tracking email came through with $20.

      Just check the timestamp under the payment info in your ebay order details. Pretty sure that is what the tracking goes off and it is before the confirmation email.

    Mine doesn't look to have tracked yet either, only registered as 'Clicked' where other eBay purchases outside this window in the days before and after have registered as 'Pending'.

      Hey mate, there were a hell of a lot of eBay order placed over the weekend and tracking is done in batches, we've heard from eBay that tracking might be a bit delayed this time around but should still come in within their 7 day window for tracking they provide on our site/app. Let me know if you have any trouble at that point!
