        Hey there mate, vouchers are considered discount codes, so will mean that the rate tracked is the 10% rate, and the trackable amount will be the amount after the voucher is deducted from the total.

        Gift cards, however, are separate and usage will not impact the rate :)

            Need to report again that specifically during the time period for increased cashback promo, eBay has accepted the order and payment, but shortly later when promo's over email claiming there was an error with payment. This has happened repeatedly and only during these promos. Just received;

            "Sorry, your recent payment for the item(s) below did not go through.

            Please return to eBay to send your payment again."

    If the store automatically applies “Buy 1, get 1 at 5% off” discount, will I earn 10% or 16% cashback? No coupon applied upon checkout, but the discount is applied by default without the option of removing it.

      No. As Uncle said, gift cards aren't promo codes. They're treated by eBay as cash, so will track at 16%

    Somewhere down there in notes it states

      No. It's in the terms, those vouchers are a 1 use even if the seller cancels without reason, totally unfair and scummy clause from eBay

    Weirdly eBay has given me on my selling listings the code: NOVC2C for 7% off for my bidders/buyers, 16% is great but this is capped at $20, right?, so for a $1000 item customers are better of using the 7% off code, well equates to $70 or can we double dip somehow?
