    All the batteries are tested. In dells we will send Good to Excellent health battery.

    In all other laptops, battery health will be more than 80%

      What does "good" mean for Dell?
      My kid's 7390 still shows 95% capacity in battery report.

      Googling, people are complaining of Dell's with very bad battery still showing "good" in the Dell tool. (not sure about BIOS).
      Can you guarantee 80% on Dells, as other sellers do for "excellent condition"?

        We normally go by dell bios. In majority of cases Good in Bios is above 80%.

        No Problems there, we can guarantee above 80% on Dells as well.

  FYI we used to have a lot of these at work and almost all of these had battery puffing issues. Its about $100 to buy a new Dell battery.

    From Dell? I've been using a generic one in my Inspiron 5480 and it's working pretty good. Cost me $40.

  The Latitude is a great lappy. Bought one used 7 years ago for daily chores and still going strong.

  Deal looks great, but is this laptop ready for windows 11. My existing inspiron 15 5000 series 2 in 1 only lasts 30-45minutes now on battery saver mode - that's just browsing the internet

    8th gen Intel supports Win 11. Latitudes and ThinkPads should have user replaceable batteries.

    Mine only just arrived to WA and I am not impressed.

    Top cover showing signs of damage and much more than wear and tear, Dell badge is literally missing one of the L's

    More importantly, they've managed to send me a device that does not have a backlit keyboard despite the description stating otherwise.

    How awesome trying to get this resolved being this time of year :(
