            • @superforever: lol, maybe they manipulate the numbers…coz it was around 9 sold in around 10:05 and all of the sudden it was sold out….that number 598 proves nothing….ebay also profits from this as it is for plus members only….

              • @frank100: You still don't want to believe, look at how many of ozbargainers bought it including me, some even bought it around 11am.

You just didn't try hard enough like us.

  • Seems some bought after 12pm

Hey @Clear, would you be able to ask them to get the code working again? I woke up before 10am to get this but still missed out. I didn't want to wait so I went AFK. I just checked back and saw more stock but the code doesn't work anymore. Really appreciate it. I'm quite keen to get it and unlike most other people I'm grateful for your effort.

    • He is only the one that posted the deal.

Total sold over 500 already and for some reason a guy bought at 4pm not sure if with the code working or not.

  • What a joke! Ebay cancelled on their own. I paid using eBay Gift cards.

Yes most probably because the seller faked the sale…or someone hacked into their system…it said code didn't work from first and it was out of stock all of a sudden

        False and false

The sale is not fake. Everything has been addressed by @Clear already. What’s so hard to understand about it?

What he said is not true….also that is neither ethical nor professional if you call someone at 10o clock and keep people waiting maybe claim to start later after it was sold out….also not only this code none of codes related to this seller was working…i started trying at 10:03 and till 10:15 it said code is wrong had many available info so 100 only were issued cannot be right, he claimed that the code was issued only after 40 minutes if it were true how it was sold out at around 10:15 so they just a fake sale for 15 minutes and most probably used some god mode code to buy all…or just changed the qty….fake..and wasting customers time…don't matter how someone wants to present it…

these were fake promo. At around 10'o clock i added into cart and checkout following it from black Friday home page, it repeatedly said that BFLIGHT was invalid code and i tried multiple times and in around 5-10 minutes it said out of stock…all 500 gone according to them….so just marketing gimmik I thought they actually sold anything in real for the discount…just way to increase ebay plus subs ….was same for JBL speaker BFMUSIC….Fake

Quite the imagination. I guess this is your first eBay sale? It's happened several times this year, last year and year before.

Two issues. eBay were supposed to make the codes for all Sunday deals live at 10am. It took about 30-40 minutes for someone at eBay to actually activate them. Second issue was Mobileciti had the quantity set to 100 instead of 500. So it took some phone calls to have that error fixed as well.

I worked hard to get both working. Not many people have eBay and the stores on speed dial ;)

      • I hear you Clear, and appreciate the work going in the background to make these bargains happen. My order went through however, I paid using one of the gift cards listed in my account. I ordered and then cancelled some other ebay stuff last night and thus some refunds were being processed on my gift card inventory, I think that possibly led to the payment rejection. I could've paid using a card, if I knew. :(

Can't say I've ever had experience with that. I will say there's a chance of a future deal with far more units available. No promises.

😀 i have that 99$ apple earpods by the way and have been using so called plus from10 years now..point is not asking process how does it happen and how feeble is their system… point is how horrible, unethical, scammy it is….let's guess if someone buys plus just to get it and this happen isn't it scam? False advertisement? Point is this is not right….does not matter either it is 1st or 2nd sale link….most of them are useless anyways…..i have seen their link which expires in 30 secs and maybe all bots buying it…then why don't they improve their system in years….coz customer like you find or see no problem with it and rather defend.if it was with real big store like jbhifi i doubt it would be national level apology letter…for them…it is like who cares..also if the store owner added only 100 and if the code was activated after 40 minutes how it was saying out of stock after 20 minutes….so seems like you have no idea what happen…just dont believe what they say…forget to activate code for 40 minutes?how unprofessional is that? if you go to your woolies which is says open at 8, reach there at 8 and it opens after 40 minutes…bet you will just smile and wait for 40 minutes standing there…so wrong is wrong speak up to change….that why i shop in amazo mostly these days….only those cheap products which is not there in amazon…so ebay is going out slowly anyways….also due to delivery….

  • Shipped, for almost total 600 orders that is quick, they must be working hard last night.

Was probably already packed and ready to go.
      Just print sendle labels.

    • +1

599 went to Broden so it was easy

  • Mine just arrived. Box bigger than expected.

    • shipper via which courier? I received tracking number but no mention of courier -

      • +1

        Should be Sendle

      • Was via Sendle.

      • Mine said Couriers Please, are they the same now?

  • Delivered. Can’t connect to app via iPhone though, will only connect to Home accessories.

    • Zigbee?

    • Will work in MiHome

      • Correct, thanks mate! Spent way too long on the Yeelight app but MiHome worked well.

  • Mine is not shipped yet. Shows only Paid status.

  • Just got mine today. Can you cut and splice these like other led strips? They have specific plugs and can't find anywhere that sells right angle connections - my dreams of having specific lengths for my cabinets is challenging. Might have to 3d print some connections…

    • Yep got mine and it seems terrific for the price, just need to work out how and where to run it exactly. Right angles would be good…

      • Finally arrived.

With angles join would be great.

    • Did you manage to find a way to remove the connectors or find right angles for them? the spacing seems to be different to the standard ones

  • Arrived already - how cool is that

  • Is anyone planning to have them under the overhead cabinet in the kitchen. If yes, how are you planning to install them?

Would be great if everywhere share pics of how they are using them.

I am. Planning on using the AliExpress vouchers codes today to get some LED channels/diffusers.

Will most likely get the V shaped ones and install along the back edge where the cabinets meet the splashback. I'm just a little bit skeptical about how it will look though as it's a retrofit and won't look as nice as being recessed into the cabinets themselves and hidden from view.

I also have some smart Shelly switches installed already so I can toggle these LED lights on and off along with my standard kitchen light switch.

      • That's the problem with led strips. The housing is much more expensive than the strip itself! I wish they just came with diffused covers molded onto the strip.
