Well after taking 45min (5-10min per page) to load, it was down to delivery instructions, and now at 3:02pm it comes up with an error saying:

I also wasted my time. Couldn't complete the order.
Tried getting it 5 times (which took an hour), on the order confirmation page it kept sending me go back to my cart. Then last try, it says it's out of stock. I'll never buy anything from this website, good bargain to lose customers!!!!!!
same. They should spend some money improving their site rather than wasting the majority of visitors time with these giveaways.
Not that i'm defending them, i missed out as well. But you have to understand with that kind of traffic generated within that time frame, not many average business servers can take that kinda load. Sure you can get all the bells and whistles of load balancing etc… but for a freebie that they're giving out and for loads once in a rare while? I don't think any kind of business can justify the upkeep "just because".
Anyway i've dealt with them twice.. and the 2nd time customer service was so bad, i decided back then that i won't be spending any $$ with them anymore. There are other retailers who are way better not worth the piss.

Crashed out at Final Review the first time - probably being impatient and pressing Next more than once. Then stuck at Place Order three more times during the hour despite being patient and only pressing buttons once and waiting…waiting…waiting. In the end, each time either errors or sent back to the cart each time so looks like nothing in this deal for me. Well MWave, you already had my details so you didn't farm anything extra from me, but then an hour out of my life doesn't make this a deal, so have a neg on me for my trouble, and your rubbish payment system.
