They are still technically covered by warranty, so you could send them directly to Logitech.

Good piece of advice that. It would be different if they actually offered service, or didn't use that time-wasting tool they call rush hour to clear out their junk-& cruddy merchandise.

I recieved my earphones, but the quality of the left earbud is really poor. You have to wiggle is around for sound to come through, and even then, the sound is poor. Well, it was free, so I can't complain.
Dude, that's bullshit. This deal was no better than a scam. People gave their credit card details and they got a shit load of subscribers. We got shipped intentionally known faulty products. Regardless of the price, let's be clear, this is a scam.
We got ours today, I opened mine and they are fine, no issues whatsoever.
