    I ordered, but I was charged twice. Try to call them but they told me they are pharmacist, and told me to contact via Email to their online support team. I did, but they didn't answered you email. So I have to raised a case by PayPal to get the money back. Quite weird shopping experience. Just be careful their system.

Please note that typical delivery from dispatch is being reported as around 10 working days, with around half of our clients reporting delivery before 10 days and around half at our after the 10th day.

      @fatfat Did you receive the refund sent well before posting this message, please check - it’s there. Maybe then mention that we manually refunded you, PayPal didn’t step in and deduct funds. You called the store, then immediately lodged a chargeback and as soon as the email came in via email I processed a refund. Btw, we don’t have the ability to charge your PayPal account as many times as we like, this typically happens when clients hit refresh or back in their browser while finalising a transaction.

      Ben, loratadine is the generic name. If you are asking about it vs something like Clarytine, i would say par.
      Antihistamines can be hit and miss tbh, not only the brand, even the type, cetirizine,desloratadine,fexo.
      Whats works for me may not work well for you.

          Ask them to do a blind test, taking the genuine 1 day and a generic the next without knowing which is which. I’d be willing to bet my own cash they’d say the genuine was the least effective 50% of the time. Severity of symptoms can vary from day to day, month to month etc. many clients get very hung up on generic over the counter meds, the odd thing is most prescriptions dispensed are also generics of the originator, clients don’t seem to know or care and very very seldomly argue the efficacy of prescription only generics compared with raging in store debate about otc lines.

          Don’t get me started on peeps that insist on Panadol brand being the only paracetamol that “works” for them. I roll my eyes as they happily spend 5x as much and tell me it’s worth it. It almost feels like stealing and what’s worse I don’t even benefit from the grift, folks over at Panadol know they have so much brand pull we often make zero on each sale after credit card fees. Similar to Apple their logic is they’re doing us a favour by getting customers in our store.

      Give Zyrtec a go. I find that you need to cycle through the different formulas every few years to cope and only that worked this year for me.

      Most chemists have a generic version. You just need to look for "Cetirizine hydrochloride" as the active ingredient.

            @NoBargainNoLife: There's not a cut & dried answer. You're correct that most of the above deals are hayfever meds with different active ingredients. Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, Loratadine, and Cetirizine are all tablets, another one that's in nasal spray form is Mometasone Furoate (also a steroidal medication). Whether one works better or not is highly dependant on personal choice and the way your body reacts to the preparation. Some people say X works for them best while others say Y does better

            Something else to consider is resistance: as you take something over a long period of time your body builds a natural resistance to it, which means you need to take more to get the same effect. What a lot of people do is purchase all of the common meds and cycle through them over time, which helps to avoid resistance effects.

      To help me please ensure you send an email to our customer service address (listed on website) or PM as suggested, many clients simply reply to their paypal payment email which is not easily monitored by me (due to massive volume of emails and spam - thousands of messages per day).

      Also note that delivery on average is around 10 working days currently, if I have to spend 5-6 minutes following up 20-30 "where's my item" type emails each day which some clients send 2-3-4 working days after purchase this really slows dispatch of all other orders. I'm here trying to do the right thing in respect of genuinely lost items (which are rare) but can only offer super low prices if clients are patient and do not open disputes after 6-7-8 working days.

        Are you serious? You can recreate the box by putting the packs back in the box. This enables op to save money on postage, some of which is passed onto you. I'm pretty sure if you upgrade to the satchel postage, it'd be intact.

        I understand where your logic is coming from. You dont want manufaturer’s sealed box is broken as you believe it is kind of guarantees safe to consume. But you need to pay more at offline stores or other online stores if you want that.
