    Have finally received all my cards (Sunday morning card did not arrive till today)

    The card managing website is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - requires signing in over and over again at every single step and verifying and email codes over and over again to do anything, even to view the cards.

    Works on liven via google pay to double dip rewards/discounts

      Me too. That happened ~ 2 days ago after registering the cards and I was initially able to log in, but all of a sudden, I couldn't. I have 2 accounts with the same issue. I had some cards in the past where the card details would be greyed out and couldn't see the numbers online, and they ended up having to send me a physical card because they couldn't fix it. Their website is a joke.

      I have contacted them, and they replied saying that my case would be "escalated".

          The website is BS. Too many security questions and puzzles just to get a balance.

          I just use my phone notes and have the balance with the corresponding last four digits of the card. Just have to remember to update each time I use it.

      Not sure but I know that buying Coles prepaid Mastercards counted for my Amex spend many years ago. This is a 'gift card' per se and unlike places like Coles where it seems that every transaction on their POS terminals seems to be registered as a shopping POS expense (and thus valid to places like Amex and Hive), buying things from a gift card specific website might be more readily identified as not valid.
      Note: the above is just my personal thoughts. I'm happy to be corrected but someone who has actually experienced it.
