• We only use WPI in this protein - this is not a blend
• Protein is grass fed, added hormone free, ultra and micro filtered and cold pressed
• Soy free - we use sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin (soy is common in whey proteins)
• Manufactured in our own NSW Licensed Food Facility in Sydney

Other Notes

Updates

27/12/22 6:49pm: Aussie Choc Malt is currently on backorder. We are still accepting orders with this flavour, but this order may be delayed by up to a week as we need to manufacture more stock. Orders will begin being packed tomorrow when our team returns from the public holidays.

28/12/22 8.44am: Our team has started at 7am today to pack off the orders from over the long weekend. Due to the volume of orders being shipped off, there may be a slight delay in receiving your dispatch notification email. For any orders placed before today, we estimate that most will ship today, but some may ship Thursday or Friday this week. I'll keep everyone updated with our progress here.

29/12/22 9.02am: All new orders placed may experience a delay in their order being shipped by up to 2 days. Orders placed prior to today may be delayed in shipping by 1-2 days.   Hi Jay, sorry for the delayed reply, I commented on your previous post about the discount methods being a bit scammy and you asked for more info, I never got back to you sorry.
  Just wanted to say I think the current way you're advertising the discounts in the emails is great, very clear and transparent. For some reason my recollection was getting a discount code that didn't work, and when I asked was told that discount is just automatically added in checkout. To me that seemed a bit suss, but could also have been me misunderstanding. Anyway as always very happy with the product and the service, and have stocked up yet again. Have a great new year!     Originally when we changed our pricing on our Amino Z brand, I don't think we did the best job at advertising how the discounts worked. We few people reached out to our team with some confusion. While there was a note on the product pages, it wasn't completely clear. So after much discussion, we revised this so it's clear all discounts come off the full price, not the already discounted price (if applicable). So I think this was on us, but I'm very happy to receive this feedback. No one wins when there is a lack of transparency.

    We are still in the midst of reviewing how our auto-discount pricing works as I feel there is still room for improvement.

    Anyway, thanks again for writing back and sharing this. Happy new year to you too!

  I'm considering buying the Amino Z Mass Gainer as I need to gain weight (BMI 16.7) but for some reason I thought the discount was based off the discounted price but that's not the case. Expensive stuff considering you only get a little less than 10 serves per kg. I'm wondering if you could do a deal similar to the protein powder where if you buy in bulk, you get some store credit or a better discount? It'd make it a bit easier to swallow the cost (due to the small amount of servings you get per kg). If the discount was applying to the already discounted price, then I think it would be $30 per kg and I'd consider that a fair price for 10 serves with 400 calories per serve. But I understand you might not be able to do a deal that good. Happy to buy 3kg or 5kg if you were able to do a good deal :)

  Questions: is the chocolate flavour for the mass gainer the same or very similar taste to the WPI chocolate? Is there any reason why you don't put vitamins and extra stuff that other mass gainers have?

  Also +1 for the excellent support on my previous order. One of the pouches had a split in the seam (protein powder was all over the other bags) and you guys promptly replaced it.

    I appreciate the feedback on the Mass Gainer and we'll consider something like this in the future. You're right, the discount will be off the full price, not the already discounted price (we have an automatic discount of 20% on our Amino Z branded products). The larger sizes do come down in price, but for a mass gainer we do choose some more expensive ingredients as compared to other gainers (eg. WPI instead of WPC or cheaper proteins, sweet potato powder and rice powder). So we will never be the cheapest gainer around for this particular product.

    The chocolate is a similar flavour profile to our WPI.

    We chose not to fortify this product with vitamins and minerals and we instead tried to focus on a more wholefood based gainer (with the sweet potato and rice powders, instead of straight maltodextrin).

    Anyway, thanks for the feedback and I'll pass that along to the team. I'm also glad that you were happy with your experience with us!

  @aminozcomau For the product "BANDITO LABS REDEMPTION PRE WORKOUT 30 SERVES", is the nutritional information correct on the website? Specifically, each flavour has 8 grams of protein and approximately 30 calories per serve (11.1 grams). However, the nutritional information on the actual product received states 0 grams of protein and 0 calories. Which is it? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks chmod for raising this issue. The website stats will be wrong in this case and I'll make a note to have this fixed up. All the pre workout ingredients that would be contributing to the incorrect figures on the website are free form amino acids and won't contribute to the protein count.

  Just got my order. The spreads taste pretty good.
  I noticed that the pouches are not air tight, Do I need to transfer them to air tight tubs or it's fine? Especially for the 1kg creatine that could last me a year.
